Hotel a Olhão, Portogallo

Anche se la stanza non è grande, le strutture sono molto nuove e si sente molto nuova, appartenente al nuovo tipo di catena hotel.La posizione dell'hotel è sul piano del supermercato Auchan, molto conveniente.

This hotel is inland about 20 minutes from Faro. An outstanding hotel with staff that really look after you. The bedroom was spacious, south facing and overlooking the pool. Breakfast is mostly continental with some options on how you would like your eggs cooked. It is very quiet, exactly how we wanted it to be after not being abroad on holiday for two years. Usually wonderful evening meals in the restaurant are available but the chef was isolating during our time, except, that is, for Valentines Day when extra staff were drafted in the give us an excellent meal. This place never fails to impress.

Hotel pulito e pulito con posizione di top. Balcone con vista marina- e mare. Buon letto. Parcheggio gratuito. Molto buon servizio in tutto. Hotel consigliabile.

Che bel hotel, il personale è molto accogliente e amichevole. L'hotel è assolutamente senza spazi e pulito. Avevamo una grande stanza con balcone, c'era un caldo e un frigo, i letti sono così confortevoli e la stanza è giornata. Il colazione era molto generoso, continentale con molti frutti, carne e formaggio, piccole pascoli, anche uova e bacon, si può aiutare a fare quanto si desidera. Vi è anche una grande piscina e una zona solare, con soggiorni molto confortevoli. Un posto così grande per rilassarsi e soffocare il sole e l'atmosfera di Olhao, grazie per un paio di giorni rilassanti, speriamo di tornare 💜💜

Very clean and new hotel. The carpets in the hallways were brilliant - well thought out to make wheeled suitcases easy to pull; also stylish. Bed was super comfortable, AC very effective, room was kept immaculately clean by friendly cleaning staff. Friendly staff served breakfast and in the roof top bar which was amazing, with 360degree views. Dipping pool and sun loungers were well-used; hard to get a lounger in time! Downside: some very odd management decisions. Despite description on Trip there was no cafe, no lunch or dinner and not even bar snacks! I rang on the 2nd day to ask for a bottle of water … response “Madam, this is a 3* hotel. You only get a bottle of water on your first day”!! Bizarre. I was able to buy a $0.99 bottle from the bar for €2.50! Breakfast: the ubiquitous coffee machine producing the most disgusting coffee - I tried all of them! In the end I risked tea and even the hot water had scum on it. I know I was not alone … bacon - HP sauce standing proud like a statue - no sausages, cooked tomato, fried egg etc! Pancakes and waffles - no syrup! Nice fresh bread rolls and croissants. Sliced cheese and packaged ham. Selection of cereals, orange juice and good selection of fruit. After 5 breakfasts I got fed up. WARNING - I was asked to give them my debit card to pay - she wrote down all the details! After I thought - why? I asked why - she said do they could charge me after I left if anything was missing or broken. I was assured this was legal in Portugal! I told them that was what “checkout” was for! I froze my card but I was really angry and when I have time to get a replacement I will need to cancel it! Balcony nice but only looked onto other rooms! Looking down - WHY NO GARDEN???!!! Just rooftops. I recommend a 4 hour boat trip …. Maybe 30m pleasant walk. Also hire bikes and go to the Nature Reserve - don’t miss Roman Salt Pits and beach crabs ….😊

La posizione era grande, a pochi passi dalla città. Il personale era estremamente utile e ci forniva la migliore guida per visitare. Uno dei consigli era la spiaggia, e sembrava davvero piacevole. Dopo aver ritornato all'hotel per l'iscrizione, abbiamo trovato la nostra camera confortevole e abbastanza fredda. Era una splendida esperienza, anche se il nostro soggiorno era solo per un giorno. Il servizio fornito ci ha resi confortevoli per tutto il tempo. Grazie! 👍👍

L'hotel AP Eva Senses era facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto con l'autobus locale (16). Convenientemente posizionato vicino al porto turistico, è situato in posizione centrale rispetto ai caffè locali, a un mcdonalds e a un minimarket. L'hotel stesso dispone di un'ampia hall d'ingresso con self check-in a disposizione degli ospiti. Troverai anche un bar e un ristorante al piano terra. Mi è stata assegnata una camera doppia che era di dimensioni adeguate che offre un bagno privato con doccia e balcone. Sfortunatamente ho scoperto diversi problemi di pulizia che ho sollevato con la reception: questo includeva un posacenere pieno di sigarette, occhiali usati, lenzuola macchiate, paralumi polverosi e portasciugamani, tuttavia mi hanno assistito prontamente e mi hanno riallocato in un'altra stanza che è stato un gradito miglioramento. Sebbene sia un hotel a 3 stelle, mi aspettavo che i livelli di pulizia fossero leggermente migliori rispetto alla mia esperienza, ma il personale è stato molto utile nell'affrontare le mie preoccupazioni. La cena al ristorante Eva è stata calorosa e piacevole, il personale è stato molto attento e il cibo è stato preparato e servito in tempo utile. La colazione continentale era piacevole con dolci, salumi, frutta fresca, tè e succhi di frutta. La vista dal tetto era incredibile! Come viaggiatore singolo, mi sono sentito al sicuro e accolto. La pulizia è stata una delusione, ma la mia interazione con il personale è stata positiva.

Highly recommend. Flawless hotel, excellent service, super friendly staffs, amazing food quality. Every detail of our stay has been incredible. Also a special mention to the extremely helpful reception team. 2am room service is top notch, also one reception lady is so kind, she went above and beyond to help us to find a good Presunto, we will definitely come back because of the great service, which made our holiday stress free and enjoyable
