It has been a great stay from day one, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, the facilities are great and very suitable for families and couples alike. The food is great and varied, the water park is so much fun, the entertainment is very nice, and the kids club is just perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Emre, Ms. Cansu, and Mr. Ozden.

Otel konum olarak kolay erişilebilir bir yerde. Girdiğiniz andan itibaren Cansu Hanım sizinle birebir iletişime geçiyor herhangi bir aksaklık olursa anında çözüyor. Odalar güzel yeterli büyüklükte. Yemekler ortalama üstünde güzel ve çeşit bol. Havuzlar yeterli büyüklükte kapalı havuz olanağı da mevcut. Alkol çeşidi gerçekten çok fazla ve bar personeli sizi kırmamak adına bir bardak dahi içecek olsanız şişeyi açıyorlar ve ikram ediyorlar. Bir kez daha gelecek olsam bu bölgedeki yegane tercihim bu otel olacaktır

Per il terzo anno abbiamo deciso di trascorrere le nostre vacanze in Turchia. Abbiamo pernottato 10 notti all’hotel Kirman Leodikya. Siamo stati delusi. Dopo aver letto le super recensioni ci aspettavamo molto di piú. La delusione piú grande è stata il mangiare: poca scelta, sempre uguale e di scarsa qualitá. Mio figlio ha mangiato sempre solo patatine fritte. Anche il ristorante á la carte non ci è piaciuto, qualità e servizio deludente. Il servizio in generale non è di un hotel 5 stelle. Pulizia nei ristoranti, ai tavoli lascia a desiderare. Pulizia nelle camere anche non ottimale, molto superficiale. Donna delle pulizie molto simpatica. Una gran parte del personale parla solo turco. L’animazione per i bambini scarsa. Spiaggia: un ‘ammucchiata, poco posto tra una sdraio e l’altra. Ottima la posizione, vicino al mare, vicino al bazar. Piscine molto belle. Ottima la possibilità di comandare direttamente le bibite con un cellulare dall’ombrellone. Show monotoni…. solo balli. A parte uno con bici e pattini a rotelle, molto bello. Ritorneremo all’hotel Kirman. Decisamente no.

Everything was wonderful! excellent staff, excellent food, wonderful service. We had it all, from cleanliness 10/10 to great daytime activities at the pool, even archery! The water park is wonderful for the family, and the beach is super close, made like a Lagoon. I also went to the Al Carte Lobster restaurant and everything I ate was more than excellent, well worth it. Bazaars and souvenir shops are really close to the hotel ( like 10 min the grandest bazar ) , but they also have like a small boutique inside of it. The hotel shares the garden with the associate Kirman Arkadya, there were small problems for the extra trips, because some messed them up, but I can't offer less for the mistake of others. I would definitely go back to feel like last week, for sure my problem was with the gentleman from darts who stole my points But I forgave him! I win next time:

Everything was good, but food for kid’s can be more choises :)) personal was brilliant talk in english, tourists was kind :))) Personal asisstant do everything what you want, nice pool, a lot thanks for this hotel

My friends chose this place and I'm really glad they did. There were a lot of fun activities all day long. We had the most fun here out of all our trips. There were a large range of beverages and the food was delicious. We didn't spend much time in our room but it was spacious and clean. The hotel assigned a personal assistant to us and she was really helpful throughout our vacation. Also, the staff was really friendly. Overall it was a great experience.

We had a first class experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing and always very welcoming and accommodating for us and our 3 boys. The food was excellent and lots of choice for everyone. There was so much variety of food and would recommend to view the selection of food before piling up your plate. Special shout out to Hakan the senior manager and Rambo in the entertainment team who made our experience very memorable. The kids had so much to do and would recommend the kids darts (most) morning at 10:30z. The games room in the other hotel is better for teenagers with pool tables , video game consoles and lots more if the heat is too much for them during the day. Football every day at 4pm and beach bar showing sports on the big screen was a good too. The cocktail selection is endless and recommend the lobby bar for a good night cap. The hotel is very clean with a change of towels everyday if you leave them in a pile for them to be changed. If you like a good dance in the evening then the event area had live bands and dj’s every night with a good variety of English and Turkish music. The staff also invited us to a dinner at the steak a la carte restaurant which was a great touch. This is definitely a 5 star hotel and would come again. Thank you for a very memorable holiday xx

I've been home a week and already missing this place. Beautiful at every turn and so much to do. Very clean and staff all very friendly. Depsite any language barriers management were always keen to help and resolve any issues. Food was great, and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard and mini bar stocked daily. The entertainment of a night was great fun and relaxed. I did not have a sea view, however I was on the fourth floor and overlooking some amazing views. I would definitely revisit given the opportunity

Fantastic place to stay with my family Fom Manager the best.everytime help to us. Very recommend. Very friendly stuff. Nice and clean. Food is very good and not too much. We hope back to same place next year with friends and family. Thank you again

We booked a week at the resort with the kids and it was a very good visit with family fun and water games. Their are also slides at both the adult levels and the kids pool areas They had activities at night for the kids as well the and adults which was fun for all The resort has different restaurants where you can enjoy breakfast , lunch and dinner all day long as well as ice cream and by the pool orders The only thing that didn't work for us was having a family room with only one toilet and they couldn't help fixing it as the hotel was full The sea side is nice and has enough walking area with water games The staff that is at the pool and during the shows are nicer than the rest of the hotel staff

First impressions of this hotel when we arrived at 4am in the morning was just WOW! We were offered something to eat and drink and bags taken to our room. The whole hotel is maintained to such a high standard. The pool area was always being cleaned and tidied. You can order drinks brought on roller skates by the pool! The room was spacious and cool we had a fantastic sea view which made sitting on the balcony at night superb, the food was always made to high standard and there was so much to choose from that even me the fussiest eater had lots of choice. The entertainment by the pool in the day was always good fun even if you were just watching and there was darts in the pool bar twice a day that we were regular attendants thanks to the amazing Rambo! What a guy he was, made great friends with him and the other staff we encountered were also so nice and couldn’t do enough for you. A special mention also the staff at the kids club they looked after the little ones so well and made sure they were having lots of fun whilst there. The evening entertainment was also great, lots going on at both hotels and the garden party night was a special touch. There’s really so much more I could say about this place I really feel we found a hidden gem. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!
