l'accoglienza dei gestori è sempre ottima, bevande gratuite (sì anche alcolici) e snack gratuiti. hanno la migliore colazione là fuori. le camere sono pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. facile procedura di check-in e check-out. l'arredamento è carino e accogliente. non lussuoso, ma comunque di classe.

The room was booked by my company. I'm a truck driver and my truck was down for maintenance. When I got there to check in I was told that I personally would have to pay extra fees before I could go to my room even though my company was the one paying for my stay. It wasn't until I called my company on speaker phone that the lady behind the counter agreed to put the charge on the company account like it was supposed to be and assist the young lady that was trying her best to help me. I was not made to feel welcome at all by the woman claiming to be the supervisor. Especially when she disregarded the young lady that was trying her best to get me checked in. She was clearly new and just needed some help but the other two would not even acknowledge her. Normally this would be the end of it and I would mark this as a bad stay, however the young lady who was doing her best to help me at first was very sweet and welcoming and even made sure that I had everything I needed (offered me extra towels, soaps, etc...). When it was time to check out, the gentleman at the desk proceeded to inquire about my stay. Unlike the woman I encountered upon check in, he was dressed very professionally, greeted each guest as they came through the door and even paid for candy for the family with little kids waiting on their shuttle. If it wasn't for Mr. Bennett (the real manager); the hotel and the rude lady who called herself a supervisor would have gotten a one star.

All went well, at first, with our stay. We reserved a room online and did a pre-check that way too. Check-in was very smooth and we felt confident that like the other stays we have at Holiday Inn Express hotels, there'd be no problems. Then, morning came and it was one thing after another that was concerning. 1. The coffee maker did not work and there was only one Keurig cup for regular coffee. No decaf cups, packets of creamer, sugar and a stir stick. Had to go to the lobby for coffee. 2. As my wife was getting ready for the day, I noticed a mouse along a corner in the room. I assumed it was dead and didn't say anything. However, after our breakfast I noticed the mouse was not in the corner any longer. It was a live mouse! 3. At breakfast, the selections were fantastic - like at any of the other Holiday Inn Express hotels we've stayed at. However, the sausage links were badly under-cooked - so bad that we didn't eat them. I went back for a second cup of orange juice and noticed as it was dispensing in the cup that it looked watery. The first cup was fine and so was the one my wife had, but this second cup didn't even taste like orange juice. It was not drank and dumped in the garbage. 4. Because there was no decaf coffee in the room, my wife got it from the container in the breakfast area. She said it tasted funny and poured it out once we got home. We stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels several times a year. This is our preferred choice in hotels. While we have had a couple of problems over the years, the ones at this hotel exceeded all those others in just one stay. Should we be needing a hotel close to the airport in Oklahoma City (the closest large airport to us), we'll be using another hotel. There is a Holiday Inn Express just off I-240. Not as convenient, but maybe without problems.

Sono rimasto qui per 3 mesi all'Accademia (Agosto-Novembre 2022), e sono felice di dire che ho avuto una grande esperienza! Se sei un studente di ATC, devi rimanere qui ... seriamente. Ricordo il mio giro di testa cercando di trovare un posto in OKC, ma ho fatto davvero una buona scelta con questo hotel. Pro: Buona attrezzatura. Lavanderia gratuita, piscina, cassaforte, custodia, palestra. Un grande plus è che ci sarà cena gratuita lunedì, martedì e mercoledì sera. Non aspettare niente di troppo stravagante, ma è gratis. Non molti hotel lo fanno, e lo apprezzerete mentre siete all'Accademia. Ci sono anche colazione gratuita ogni giorno... e non sono solo cereali e muffin preconfezionati. Parlo di salsa, waffle, uova, biscotti, frutta, ecc. Inoltre hanno caffè disponibile molto tutto il giorno. Il personale era grande e la stanza era proprio quello che avevo bisogno. Ci sono anche un bel quartiere in piedi dove si possono fare gruppi di studio. 10 minuti dall'Accademia e circa 10 minuti da un'area con un Walmart, punti d'acquisto e molte scelte alimentari. Cons: Non molto da dire qui, onestamente. L'unica cosa è il problema senza casa di OKC. C'è una pista da cammino/biking proprio vicino all'hotel che gli abitati amano affiancare. Ho rubato due giacche dalla mia macchina, ma almeno la mia finestra non era rotta. Qualcuno che si è parcheggiato accanto a me aveva la finestra rotta, però. In linea di principio, non parcheggiare sul lato dell'hotel e assicurarsi di chiudere le porte.A meno che non sia il tipo di persona che ha bisogno di un compagno di stanza, devi rimanere qui. Non riesco davvero a trovare l'attrazione con alcuni dei luoghi più popolari come il posto di Kim e i crashpad.Perché rischiare un cattivo compagno di stanza quando si può avere la propria stanza per lo stesso prezzo? I was finishing up a long day of travel after driving over 11 hours, much of which was in pouring rain. That being said, I was glad to arriveat this Courtyard. When I entered the building, there was a warm fire glowing which was very inviting. The male front desk agent that checked me in was professional and engaged me in pleasant and interesting conversation, and informed me of all the necessary information to ensure I had an enjoyable stay. When I entered the room, I ensured it was clean, and then went downstairs to tend to some business and then get a bite to eat since their onsite eatery/bar, The Bistro, would be closing soon. I completed a task on the computer in their business area but realized I could not print the document because no printer was connected. I informed the front desk agent and she was very helpful, giving me her email address so I could email the document to her and she in turn printed it. Thankful that I was done taking care of business, I headed to The Bistro and was served by Kevin, who was professional, a great conversationalist, and helpful. I ordered some wings with garlic aioli, and also attempted to order a Whiskey Sour, but was informed that there was an issue with supply delivery and there was no bourbon. Once he determined that I liked wine, he recommended a nice Riesling, which I sipped on by the fire while waiting on the wings.  When he brought them over, I headed upstairs to eat and sip in the comfort of my room while watching Netflix. The wings were flavorful and the garlic aioli was a great accompaniment. After a comfortable night's sleep, I woke up early and attended to the business that brought me to the OKC area, returned to the hotel for about an hour, and then caught the hotel shuttle to the airport. I enjoyed my experience here from beginning to end. All of the staff members, including the shuttle driver, that I encountered were magnificent. I regret that my stay was so short and wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future.

During my lengthy stay, service was great, house keeping does an excellent job and respects our privacy and property, breakfast selections have gone down hill in quality, sour juice, hard biscuits, no sausage ever! And we all think breakfast should be able to be enjoyed in our rooms without being charged.

I stayed here during my visit to the Oklahoma City area for a wedding. This hotel is extremely clean!!! The staff was very courteous. The hotel room was cozy, comfortable and very well kept. The location is near the airport and rental car return. It is also 10 mins from down town and convenient to several restaurants. It is near the interstate another great convenience. I will definitely stay here again.

Diamond member of Hilton, so I have stayed at a few of their properties. Booked a room for the night, on way to family Thanksgiving. After being led astray by Waze trying to find hotel, finally arrived at hotel late. Could not book my regular room online (king bed two adults) and was offered two queens. Upon checking in, they had already rebooked and upgraded us to a king suite. Thanks! Membership does have its perks. Night clerk (Chris) got us quickly booked in, with an excellent recomendation for a Restaurant (Cattlemans). Everything (room, amenities, comfort, etc.) Was wonderfull until breakfast the next morning. Coffee was cold, cheese omelette gross, biscuits hard, and gravy yech!. Only saving grace was vanilla waffle, which you make yourself. Management needs to look into breakfast offerings/quality.
