JJoJoWe arrived at about 1am, their check-in counter was open 24hr, a malay girl receptionist assisted me with check-in and instructed me how to get to the car park, she was friendly and professional.
The room was tidy and the view was nice. There was a problem with microwave heating, it wasn't hot at all, and the bathroom sink was a little stuck except for these, overall good.
I was lucky enough to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, I was impressed with the management of this hotel.
My 1st choice hotel👍👍

CCatherine SeatThe room got rat, the kids fall sleep so we dint ask to change room but come to catch the rat.
Thanks the team come to help us catch the rat. Even the room is sanitised but rat still there.
From the play pool to the beach very far, walking distance need 5min. So we prefer play at the pool as close at 6.45pm sharp.
Restaurant outside is nearer to the beach and easy to clean up also, so we continue beach play after dinner.
Overall the kids like the pool.

TTayThe check-in area is very confusing... Why can't they place the lobby on the ground floor of the main building together with the car park? The signage is not very clear, and customers were made to criss-cross among different buildings. The staff is not very well trained.
I have the same negative feedback from other guests when we talk in the hotel area.
Won't be staying there again. Getting to Genting Sky Arena is a big hassle and they charge you for the shuttle bus.

CCheng SiewBeautiful hotel & top notch service and location. However, some cons:
1)Need to climb up 3 flights of stairs (fm outdoor parking) - pretty impossible for handicapped guests
2) I think breakfast need to be upscaled as this is after all a luxury hotel. The food although delicious, is too ordinary & cheap. The buffet spread of just bread/pastries/cereal could be expanded. The fruits at the buffet table were also terrible - only apples & oranges and were of poor quality & grade.

AArman FaizStayed in the duplex room for a family vacation (20–21 June) and it was spacious and comfortable, with a king bed, sofa bed, two bathrooms, and two wardrobes across both levels. Check-in was smooth, and the smart TV in the living room was a nice touch.
The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining the facilities. While the breakfast could use more variety, the overall value is great. Note that there’s only an iron room, not individual irons in each room.
The room’s decor gives a nostalgic vibe, and the location is great—just across from a public park and close to a popular steamboat restaurant. This was my second stay here, and I’d consider coming back again.

EEeneoI travel for business meetings and stay for 3 nights. The hotel location is just opposite the shopping mall name East Coast mall by crossing the road. It is convenient to get food, coffee and dessert over there. And for the basement parking need to find hotel lobby signage for easy access to lobby. Breakfast got variety of food but normal, nothing wow. Check in and check out process kind of slow due lack of staff. Pls look into this matter as we are traveler for business and every minute is matter to us. We are in hurry.

Svantaggi: il trasporto non è molto conveniente, l'isola è relativamente primitiva ed è un peccato che lo spettacolo scintillante del fine settimana dell'hotel non sarà disponibile a partire da ottobre;

UUtente anonimoRecentemente sono rimasto a Copthorne Cameron Highlands per un breve viaggio. La posizione è grande right a Kea Farm, quindi è facile visitare i mercati e attrazioni vicini. L'aria fresca di alta terra è un bel bonus.
Le camere erano spaziose, ma si sentiva un po' date e poteva servire un po' di riparazione. Il mio letto era abbastanza comodo, ma i mattoni e i mobili sembravano indossati. Il bagno era funzionale, ma non molto moderno. Il parcheggio era conveniente, anche se può essere ricco e super giù nei fine settimana.
In generale, è un soggiorno medio buono per la posizione e il prezzo se non si preoccupa di strutture più vecchie. Un'elezione decente se non sei troppo fussy, ma c'è spazio per migliorare la manutenzione e il servizio.

CCik Liza ChomelI love the hotel vibes, cleanliness, hospitality. Room is spacious with balcony. Hard rock cafe is at level 50. We enjoyed our stay.
I even used the gym for my morning workout, and they have a great pool for adults, kids and wading pool.
Everything was nice and great. But then only one thing, I found 1 string of long hair (black color) at the curtain. Definitely not ours, my husband is army cut, and i just colored my hair blonde. So its definitely not ours. The last picture is the hair at the curtain.
Last but not least, I will definitely come back here again!
