Era tutto in ordine, abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e pulito, l'unica cosa che doveva essere indicata era il colazione, pensavo che potesse esserci più varietà, solo il basso. I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

Ottimo hotel. Ci siamo trasferiti per 3 notti, e ci piaceva. Hanno aggiornato la nostra stanza per vedere l'oceano, e la stanza era stupenda. Il personale era molto amichevole. La piscina e il bagno sono davvero buoni, ma non preoccuparti di prenotarli in anticipo, altrimenti potrebbe essere sovraccaricato, quindi non c'è nulla da preoccuparsi, perché tutto è ben organizzato. È a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di stazione e a 30 mim a cascata .

The reception and staff are absolutely fantastic. The rooms are big and everything is kept very clean. There is a really nice outdoor space with a giant hammock that holds 10 people. Lots of room for people to hang out with a separate quiet room for people to work online in. Awesome vibe all the way around.

Un fine settimana fantastico. Purtroppo il tempo non ha aiutato a godere della fantastica piscina esterna. Tuttavia, ci piace la piscina interna e ginnastica. Abbiamo prenotato un T2 e sicuramente abbiamo aggiornato e ci siamo sistemati in un appartamento con eccellenti condizioni e vista sul fiume Tejo. Destaccando la simpatia di tutti i dipendenti. Certamente torneremo ....

Molto pulito. Personale molto bello, utile e sempre con un sorriso. La posizione è perfetta per la spiaggia. Le porte adiacenti sono perfette per piccole strutture. La colazione è deliziosa, forse potrebbero aggiungere una macchina per pancake. Devi provare le arancioni, sono così dolci

The staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were also very quiet, none of the usual banging about in the corridors or doors slamming. Outside noise was non existent considering there is a major road nearby. A tram system is within five minutes walk, this will get you to the ferry or railway station. The fares are vey inexpensive, also, a short trip (private transfer) from the airport. There is no alcohol for sale in the hotel, there is a Lidl a very short walk away, breakfast is ok but not great. I will return to this hotel with no hesitation.
