리스본 여행자에게 최고의 숙소. 매우 친절하고 매우 청결하며 음료가 무료이고 주변 동네가 고요한 부촌이어서 거리가 깨끗하고 치안 염려 없었음. 방이 넓고 쾌적하며 냉방이 무척 탁월하게 잘 됨. 기차역 가깝고 도보 10분 거리에 대형마트와 쇼핑몰이 있어 장 보기도 무척 수월했음.

房間乾淨衞生，設施新穎，地理位置離市區比較遠，前台缺少服務人員及時響應，早餐比較單調，如果再增加些服務前台人員比較好

Tendo reservado e pago no trip, no hotel insistiram que a estadia não estava paga, o que obviamente não era verdade. Não gostei do atendimento da recepcionista.

很新的酒店，服務很好，設施全面，住了半個月！

I had a confirmed booking and about 10pm the booking was cancelled. I only got an email, tried to call and nobody answered. I wasn't given a reason for the cancellation and had to look for a hotel at midnight. Also, the booking was made via the hotel's website and not some third party website.
