I stayed at this hotel at the last week of September 2021 for a couple of days and booked through the hotel itself because I had a few questions regarding the stay. The staff of the reservations department were really friendly and helpful. In particular Dmitriy who helped me with my reservation. I booked a superior room including breakfast and including airport-shuttle. Breakfast rate was around 11,50 euro and the airport shuttle was around 20 euro per one-way. Both felt a bit expensive, but I didn’t want to made the effort to arrange the taxi myself. The trip from the airport to the hotel took around 30-40 minutes and this amount of time is dependable on traffic. Odessa is notorious for it’s traffic-jams so don’t be surprised if it is taking you longer to your destination. At check-in the reception ladies were really kind, nice and could speak good English. I was even pleasantly surprised that I got my late check-out which I asked for. During my stay the service of these ladies was excellent. They arrange a couple of times a taxi for me and even a bouquet of flowers. The (superior) room itself was nice. (Room number 507) With a clean bathroom, clean bed and like described on the website. The only problem I had was that around the evenings I could hear my above neighbour making noises by walking/running on the floor. I didn’t report it to the hotel, because eventually the noise stopped. Housekeeping staff was friendly, quick and good speak sufficient English to make myself understood in English to them. The service of laundry was good and very quick. Prices were average like any other 5 star hotel. Breakfast was ok, just I had the feeling that the choice of buffet items was limited. Just a few options for bread, but enough hot dishes (e.g. eggs and sausages). Also the staff attention to the guests was limited. On all occasions I had to asked for a coffee and/or a tea myself instead of someone came to me and asked me what I would like to drink. These options where also not available for self-service on the buffet. I didn’t had lunch in the restaurant, but I did had dinner. The service for the dinner was much better than the breakfast service. The gentlemen servicing me was kind, honest and his level of English was perfect. In the end I ordered a giant piece of steak which he honestly told me that it was huge. I can definitely recommend the steak (see picture). All by all I had a good stay, from start to the end with maybe some little aspects to improve. I can recommend this hotel if you are looking for a premium location in the city centre close to all great sightseeing places and if you don’t want to make effort in arranging all services like airport-shuttle etc.

Continuando un viaggio d'affari, volevo prendere una pausa di tre giorni a Odessa. Mi è stato offerto un affare equo dall'hotel (25% meno il tasso offerto da un hotel di classe simile dove sono rimasto durante il mio viaggio d'affari e con colazione e tardi alle 14:00 ore di check-out inclusi). In generale, l'accordo e la posizione dell'hotel mi hanno fatto prenotare una suite junior (702) con un balcone occidentale e una vista del sole. Rispetto agli hotel ucraini simili, il colazione è eccellente e spesso rifornita con prodotti freschi e caldi, offre vini e spiriti brillanti anche per coloro che lo desiderano. Quando ho chiesto se la stanza aveva un frigorifero, hanno risposto: ”Sì, e se vuoi usare se per le tue bevande, possiamo pulirla subito”. Questo è sicuramente un hotel che userò di nuovo, anche perché il personale è impegnato e coinvolto con gli ospiti, che crea un senso di benvenuto. L'unico svantaggio è che l'hotel richiede un prepago, che è complicato perché non volevo inviare i dettagli della mia carta di credito per posta elettronica. Infine, hanno accettato il pagamento della mia carta di credito al check-in, e questo ha funzionato bene.

В принципе хорошо провела выходные после командировки. Но 250 евро за 2 дня в октябре - ту мач для этого уровня. - Номера милые, чистенькие, светлые. Вид ”на сад” - традиционно на стройку. От дизайна многого ждать не стоит, заметно ниже уровня того же хилтона. Хотя однозначно уютно. - Вкусные завтраки. Точно не стоит брать с собой при выезде ланч-бокс, он прям босяцкий. Кухня ресторана в течение дня на любителя авторской подачи и видения рецептуры с подвыподвертом. Для чуваков попроще, типа меня, больше по нраву соседний морской ресторан Терраса. - Красивущее лобби с видом на море. Прям респект. - Само море в октябре не интересовало, но это однозначно не для пляжного отдыха вариант. Спуск с каменного парапета по лестнице в грязную воду. В жару там можно умом тронуться. А бассейн крошечный. - Персонал - вежливая приятная молодежь, трудятся, стараются, приятно посмотреть. - Расположение прекрасное для прогулок по городу. Без такси можно догулять легко до всех центральных достопримечательностей мин за 15. Вывод - за меньшие деньги я осталась бы счастлива. Нынешняя цена на порядок завышена.

Посуда, полотенца, постель, парфюмерия и все остальное – высочайшего качества и брендированное логотипом отеля. Чистота – идеальная. Но и это еще не все. Казалось бы, кого можно удивить бутылкой вина в номере, ожидающей своих гостей? Но вино тут особое - это комплимент от ресторана и окончательно радует приветственная открытка, написанная от руки лично управляющей отелем! Отдельного упоминания стоит ресторан, который расположен в отеле. Кстати, один из лучших в городе! Такое впечатление, что шеф – повар и вся его команда решили предвосхитить кулинарными изысками, Ваши желания! Завтраки, основные блюда, десерты – все на высшем уровне и отменного вкуса! Однозначно стоит прогуляться по городу, ознакомиться с достопримечательностями и историческими памятниками архитектуры. И тут уже все продумали – в отеле есть буклет с достопримечательностями и рекомендациями по выбору оптимального маршрута! С полной ответственностью можно назвать этот бутик-отель эталоном гостеприимства, внимания, заботы, уюта и комфорта! Вы непременно будете в восторге от пребывания в этом атмосферном месте, в котором все сделано для Гостей, которые явно дороги владельцу, менеджменту и всей команде, за что им искренняя благодарность и уважение!

Questa zona è piena di bar e piccoli hotel, bar e caffè.Ho visto la maggior parte di essi e l'Hotel Mozart ha la migliore posizione e offre il miglior valore per i soldi. Le camere sono progettate in stile classico Odessa di gin, con letto e materassi molto confortevoli. Il bagno dispone di tutte le attrezzature con doccia eccellente. Bella ristorante con bel giardino all'aperto e delizioso colazione. Tutto è molto pulito e ben mantenuto con sicurezza vivente 24/7. Hanno prenotato parcheggio davanti all'hotel e ha molto facile accesso ovunque. Il nuovo eccellente direttore generale Denys Nikita gestisce l'hotel in qualità di alto livello, che funziona bene con un servizio molto gentile a tutti i livelli del personale. Ottimo hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, situato nel centro storico della città, a 5 minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni. Le camere sono ampie, con ampi bagni e balcone Odessa. Un grande letto. C'è tutto, ma una cosa: dentifricio, pennelli e rasoi sono finiti, devo andare in negozio a comprare, ma nel resto del contesto la faccenda diventa banale. A volte si sentono le voci dei vicini, ma non vengono criticate. In generale, la maggior parte del tempo è tranquilla. Bella hall d'ingresso (stile Odessa). In generale, altri hanno sopperito alle piccole mancanze della mancanza di pasta e pennelli con rasoi, perché il prezzo di hotel simili è il doppio. Quindi sono completamente soddisfatto!

Quando volevo accedere, mi è stato detto che la prenotazione era stata cancellata e mi ha colpito sentire che non ho cancellato la prenotazione. Ho guardato il mio conto bancario e non ho visto alcun rimborso quando la prenotazione è stata cancellata. Quando le ho chiesto chi ha cancellato la mia prenotazione, non c'era risposta e dopo aver fatto molte chiamate alla compagnia di prenotazione, è diventato chiaro che la mia prenotazione non è cancellata, ma questo era 30-40 minuti dopo e ho dovuto aspettare con le valigie nel lobby. Questa esperienza non è stata molto irritante.
