IT HAS THREE TV'S, DVD AND INTERNET ACCESS. IT HAS A RAISED DECK WITH TABLE, FOUR CHAIRS AND BBQ, SO YOU CAN RELAX AND WATCH ALL OF THE ACTION ON THE BEACH. IT IS LOCATED NEXT TO THE PISMO STATE BEACH ENTRANCE AT PIER AVENUE. Pismo Beach weekend Condo was great. Perfect location with access to beach. Place was very clean and loved the “beach”vibe. Highly recommend.

Great beach-except for one factor This condo has a great location except for it being next to the entry for the dunes. All day/night there was continuous vehicles & sounds entering & leaving. We felt like being in a fish bowl. The shutters for the slider were not operable. The condo itself was very nice.

Wonderful comfortable and awesome beach access Quote from my kids: “ it was the best, absolutely amazing!” I walked in the beach for an hour every morning, and the kids played on the dunes right in front of the patio when I didn’t want to be outdoors with them. Parking was easy and secure. We were very pleased with this property.

Great Vacation! We had a great time on our vacation here. Pros: right on the beach (literally), rental includes beach chairs, BBQ, "private" fire pit and direct beach access. Condo is roomy and host provides toiletries like shampoo. Hosts are thoughtful and communicate well. Cons: traffic to the beach parking (right next to the condo) starts at 6:30am. We didn't mind, but there is some noise. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay here again.

Short but fun Cute little house for my family of 6. We had 2 rooms, each with a queen bed, there was also a little loft in the hallway upstairs. Has everything you need for a mini get away! Kitchen, toys and beach stuff for the small and big kids. Perfect place for my family of 6. Check in was smooth… only thing is check out is at 10 which was a little early for my kiddos 😅 but it worked out fine. We had a wonderful time.
