A11 Hotel Obakoy

By far, this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel is dated an dirty. Some of the advertised facilities dont exist. The food is absolutely shocking, very limited choice, and anything that is remotely edible is usually cold. Hotel states "free wifi". This only applies in the reception area and is so slow (0.3mbps), it is unuseable, however "Premium" wifi, is available throughout the hotel at a charge of around 2 euros per day per person. All of the staff (reception, catering, animation, cleaning) are very uninterested in their work and there is very rarely a smile to be seen out of them. All inclusive alcoholic drinks consist of local beer, local whiskey, gin and vodka and wine. No premium alternatives or cocktails etc are available. Dont trust the glossy pictures when looking at this hotel. The pool slides are in an adjacent hotel that is disused and not for use, and even dirtier than the main hotel. The room we were given, had a leak from the room above, directly above our toilet. The hotel promised to have it sorted 3 times in 24 hours, to no avail before we demanded a different room. Most of the guests are turkisk or russian and this is definately not a good hotel for English guests.

The rep abdullah was so nice and friendly with both us and kids. Great pool activities. Working with a smile great guy We had nice time always , very helpful in finding all services needed, works so hard all around the complex, good food and drink

I had 1 week holiday with my wife. Servis . Food . Pool all was good . We met with papel from entertainment He makes our holiday good. With hime and his team was good activity. Hotel is good location and many good things around. See you next year again ,😊😊

Booked through Love Holidays, never again will I use them! The hotel was not as described, all the photos were 10 years out of date! Definitely 1, but would like to give 0.we arrived and were put in the annexe which was awful. The hotel demanded 260 euros then dropped it to 130 euros to change to the main hotel. My daughter and wife signed up to the scratch card internet and my daughter got her phone hacked and had over £2000 stolen- hotel weren’t interested. The food was poorly cooked, but the salad was ok, so we ate out every night - hotel and manager were not interested. The pool was disgusting, green slime all the way around and not cleaned in two weeks. A truly awful hotel and the worst we have ever known, in 30 years of holidaying in Turkey

PLEASE DON'T BOOK HERE FOR FAMILY HOLIDAYS IT WAS THE WORST HOTEL WHILE I WAS TAKING SHOWER FROM THE ROOF FELLING ON ME PAINTING I WAS DISAPPOINTED ALL 6 DAYS I CAN RATE THEM 2 DEFINITELY NO MORE. RECEPTION USELESS!!!!!! NIGH**ARE!!!!!!! DONT GO THERE

Cold showers , terrible food and air con drips all night . If you are looking for a weight loss holiday then this hotel is for you . By far the worst hotel I've stayed in in turkey . I felt sorry for the staff who try their best under terrible management

The long-awaited holiday in Turkey. We booked the trip with loveholidays.com. The choice was Hotel A11 **** in Obaköy in Alanya. The hotel received the Turkey Safe Certificate Tourism. On May 29, 2023, we set off from Birmingham. After a long journey, we arrived. Although the hotel was not 100% consistent with the description, we already gave up on the quarrels and wanted to finally enjoy the sun, which is very scarce this year in our England. On June 2, 2023, we turned on the air conditioning for the first and last time. There was a fire in our room. Luckily, we weren't in the room. After the fire was extinguished, we went to collect the remains of our belongings. Fortunately, the passports remained intact. We got a room but we were left with nothing so we wanted to talk to the hotel manager but unfortunately they didn't want to talk to us until the travel residents arrived. After many attempts to contact him, I finally called him and made an appoin**ent for the next day (he was more concerned about the fact that we didn't buy the trip from him than that we were left without medicines for my daughter, diapers, clothes, money.) Another day passes and there is still no contact with the resident, he cheated us and didn't even answer the phone. -In the hotel they continue to pretend that nothing happened. If it weren't for the help of strangers, I don't know what they would look like These are the rest of the days of our vacation. Fortunately, I'm already home, happy that my family is safe. That we are alive. Please, friends, check travel agencies, hotels and hotel reviews carefully, add additional insurance. Turkey differs from every safety standard than in European countries. I don't wish anyone such a terrible holiday as we went through under stress without the help of a hotel or agency in a foreign country.

Our trip was absolutely amazing!!! Ibo and his team made our holiday. Always making sure we were happy and gave us the best nights we could have asked for. We will definitely be returning to this place. Thank you so much.
