Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo sempre il sostegno di tutto il personale, molto gentile e utile. Abbiamo avuto una cattiva impressione delle persone del parcheggio con cui si è convenuto e ci hanno sostenuto per salvare le moto durante la notte. Gabriel e Juan Carlos nel ristorante erano eccellenti. Eravamo nella camera 5 e l'unico dettaglio è che l'acqua calda è in ritardo di uscire. Un grande luogo centro, ben situato, piccolo e accogliente. Sicuramente torneremo.

Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo sempre il sostegno di tutto il personale, molto gentile e utile. Abbiamo avuto una cattiva impressione delle persone del parcheggio con cui si è convenuto e ci hanno sostenuto per salvare le moto durante la notte. Un grande luogo centro, ben situato, piccolo e accogliente. Sicuramente torneremo.

This place is TERRIBLE apparently anyone can just walk in and claim they have a room to get a key. My key was given to someone else, as we were checking in I stood at the desk for 10 minutes while the receptionist held the door open for some construction workers that were finishing up carrying bags of debris at 8pm instead of addressing the mistake, she never asked for my ID or anything no explanation as why my key was given away she just ignored me like I wasn’t there, she never offered any type of assistance, basically there’s no check in process. This property is under remodeling or construction the noise didn’t stop until past 9:30pm. No bell staff to carry luggage upstairs either. THE ROOM IS A NIGHTMARE!! We booked a family room with 3 beds since it was 5 of us, literally a dungeon, dark with broken furniture and with the dirtiest carpet I’ve ever seen in my life! It looked nothing like the pictures!! The beds were so hard with stained sheets and hard pillows as well. Only 1 dirty towel was offered and the bathroom was disgusting, the shower had a torn plastic shower curtain, a broken window (please see picture) and a water heater inside the shower, the receptionist will not tell you that you have to turn it on 15 minutes before you shower so be aware, no fans in the room, beds are hard as rocks, no remote control for the TV we asked for one on our way out to dinner the receptionist said it was lost, no A/C in the room (they claim they do), no WIFI either maybe the receptionist should give you the access code but again she ignored me and never offered assistance, no room service (they claim they do) only a KFC QR code on the wall. And to my horror a broken door latch, or none whatsoever. We used a chair to to block the door just to feel safe. Terrible practice of lying to get people to book a room, the rooms look nothing like the pictures. They are scamming people in their ads. Maybe I wouldn’t mind the accommodations if I knew upfront what I’m getting myself into. But don’t lie to my face showing me pictures and offering amenities you don’t have. It’s just wrong. Either they are pretending to be a part of the OYO hotel chain or they have just been neglected by the chain.

I will begin with the good things- The place is clean and the location is good , but terrible location if traveling on festive dates because the noise goes on all night and early morning. We arrived and were assigned to room 408 facing the side towards the church- we slept maybe for an hour the night October 29th, the band downstairs stopped playing music at 3am- then the cleaning crew around 430am and by 7am the restaurants played loud music - we asked the front desk person (Oscar) if we can get another room assigned and he said no because they were full, so we asked if we checked out after that first night if we would be penalized, he said he would check with the hotel manager, we called again and he said after speaking with the manager they agreed to only have us pay the one night we used- so we found an Air-BNB and pre-paid it for the rest of our nights- later when we came downstairs to check out at 10;30am- we were told they will charge one night penalty in addition to the one night we used, I asked to speak to the manager because that is not what was told to us on the phone- I was asked to pick up the phone in the lobby to speak with the manager- her name is Martha Carrera and she was rude from the moment shed answered the call- she didn't even try to see if she could accomodate us in another room or figure our who and why we were informed differently. The only thing this hotel has is the location and it is clean- But there are so many other beautiful options- I recommend Hotel Cecilia in Xochicilmco, 10 minute walking distance to the center- you avoid the noise, its clean beautiful, has AC , TV and includes breakfast for a little less in cost than this one.

La verità è che per il prezzo non mi aspettavo molto, le camere sono piccole, ma ci sono suite per la vista del zocalo, è a pochi passi dal zocalo, per il mercato 20 novembre, super facile arrivare ovunque, Non ha un ristorante ma ti dà uno scoperto a due isolati, ci sono un xxo e molte opzioni di cibo là sotto, il posto è pulito, e letti anche se non sono i migliori e hanno solo un cuscino sono buoni, il meglio è stato l'attenzione, hanno tour E' stato un piacere per il personale, e le cameriere sono le migliori, mi hanno aiutato a lavarmi i pantaloni e si sono comportati benissimo. Acqua calda 24/7, buona pressione acqua, hotel familiare, poco rumore nonostante la posizione, NU È UN HOTEL 5 stelle, ma in prezzo qualità vi do un 10... a parte il fatto che ha molte scale, Quindi se vanno persone di età superiore o con bambini in braccia devono tenere presente questo, dei bagagli non si deve preoccupare****, Rogelio è molto gentile e aiuta a salire i bagagli e scaricare.

Il Mayis, mentre in un vecchio edificio tradizionale nel centro di Oaxaca, è in stato di incarcerazione e può essere stato ristrutturato dall'ultima revisione del 2017. Un po' sul lato costoso, mostrando che Oaxaca è molto indietro sulla mappa turistica, non che io lo deplorerei, con l'ospitalità che ha sofferto tanto durante la pandemia. E la mia stanza era un po' sul lato piccolo; avrei potuto fare con una sedia per la tavola invece di dover sedersi sul letto; ma non era un cattivo hotel, e non potevo colpire per la sua inmaculata condizione.
