Questo hotel è sempre in stile americano fatti tutti con lo stampo ma per lo meno è situato in una posizione gradevole. La nostra camera con terrazzo dava sull'imbarcadero e la vista era piacevole. Comodo parcheggio e in 20 minuti sei in centro a San Francisco. Se si vuole evitare il caos della Città può essere una buona scelta. Pessima abitudine degli hotel americani di non rifare la camera se non soggiorni almeno per tre giorni. Colazione sufficiente.

Questo hotel è a soli 3 minuti a piedi dal Bart, la posizione è eccellente. Quando si scende, c'è così tanta scelta di cibo da scegliere dalla città cinese. Il personale del desk front è così amichevole, ci consiglia un sacco di cibo bello. La stanza è pulita e bella. Molto consigliata

Room smelled of tobacco smoke despite being a “non smoking” hotel.

The hotel was very clean in and out. I truly enjoyed the night there. All necessary amenities ( refrigerator, safe, iron, microwave, coffee maker, multiple power outlets etc) were readily available in the room . The bed and sheets were great and comfortable. Hi 👋

From the moment we secured our group booking and arrived. Clarise efficiently managed our group check-in process, ensuring that each member received their room keys and necessary information without any hassle. Her and her team's professionalism and genuine care made the group feel right at home. May & Clarise were equally remarkable in their customer service. Throughout our stay, they went above and beyond to assist our group with any needs that arose. Honestly, I’ve been in some not so great hotels near airports so I did not have high hopes, but wanted to be close for an early morning flight. To my delight this SpringHill is the best I’ve been in. It feels new and is clean and the room is spacious. The area is quiet, and the hotel offers a shuttle not only to and from the airport, but also from the rental car center. We called and the driver picked us up within 10 minutes as promised. There is a full restaurant and bar, to boot.

I stayed at this hotel March 28th with a disabled friend and it was a horrible experience. The staff were friendly but the service was nonexistent. I requested and even tipped the housekeeping to clean our room but no service was provided. The room was infested with cockroaches and the staff seemed indifferent to the situation. I was moved to another room but the damage was done. I wanted to check out immediately but my wheelchair bound travel partner was unable to, so I had to stay to assist her. The interior doors are so heavy that a handicapped person in a wheelchair is unable to open them from the inside. The location is unfortunate with a 24 hour security guard. There were still vehicles with broken windows in the parking lot. I don't recommend this hotel at all!

Location in the middle of Oakland was convenient. Room was exceptional, but lack of a coin laundry (you had to download an app and recharge a balance) was annoying to say the least.
