Siamo stati bene in generale, ma ci sono state alcune cose negative.
Di positivo al massimo il comfort della SPA e la piscina; veramente da 10!
Purtroppo la suite, molto bella, grande e pulita, aveva uno sfiato al soffitto della stanza che immetteva aria fredda forzata all'interno della camera che faceva un rumore infernale e che abbiamo dovuto tappare con della carta per riuscire a dormire. Un vero peccato perchè il posto immerso nel bosco e la struttura stessa dell'albergo, sono meravigliosi.
Altra magagna, la scarsità di scelta al ristorante.

The hotel was aged but beautiful, the decorations were dated. The room was clean but dated. Room renovation should be considered immediately. Spa was standard, we felt almost like On sen but it’s not. The disappoin**ent part was receptionist who really can’t speak English. I even asked if the room that I booked was alright, to see if she will recommend the higher category but no.

Had a great sleep here. The sauna as well as the outdoor pool was great. Also very nice staff. This is the pros. Cons would be foodwise as the meat wasn't cured and was really hard to indulge. My five cents...

This hotel put an emphasis on "caring" in their motto, and we could feel that numerous times during our short one night stay. They changed a duvet at our request, they walked down to the pool and took our drink orders, the staff were kind several times to our 8year old in the restaurant and upon departure, they presented a lovely spa gift just because we had requested that new duvet. The SPA / pool was open until 8 PM for kids which is not something you see often. The dinner restaurant and the breakfast were absolutely fine. Now, you need to know that this hotel is located just next to the highway. It is not a picturesque location in the woods like it may look like. The restaurant is not extravagant perhaps, but great quality and very good price. The price for the hotel and alcohol is very affordable, the convenience and service is great for this money. I think this hotel offered extraordinary value for money.

I typically don’t complain but I really felt I had to share my experience. The service was bad, room filthy, breakfast mediocre and you have to RENT spa bathing robe and buy slippers. One would think this should be included in the spa price. In other words, you walk the hotel in only your towel, but if you want, you can rent a bathing robe for €5. Sure, that’s fine, but then there are no slippers. Guess what, you have to pay for those too. €4 for a pair of slippers. Breakfast was nothing fancy. Actually not even ok, compared to what I am used to. Lounge facilities are under expectations and the bartender does not even know how to mix drinks. rooms with very little sound absorption, filth and dirt under the chairs and bed. Body soap and hair shampoo are the same soap, no iron for ironing shirts.

The personal was nice, the room was clean, the breakfast was OK but not impressive. There was a lack of basic things you expect in a hotel. There was only 1 microwave in the reception which was in another building, so you can imagine if you need to heat your child bottle in winter having to cross 2 buildings with 3 stairs between and going outside is not ideal.
About the relaxing area, I can imagine people feel convenient to be able to have a beer there but then they left the empty glasses everywhere and there was no one collecting them, that lead to a changing room that was smelling to beer, what I personally find disgusting. On the swimming pool there was no control at all and I know its a child friendly hotel but the kids of other guess were jumping and falling on top of me what I consider too much for a supposed relaxing place.
Overall my impression is a place with potential but there is a lack of inves**ent in general.

The overall experience was very good and the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. We really liked the a**osphere. The only minus was that it was a bit warm in the room during the night. There was two table fans but it didn't help.
