Hotel in zona Hangman＇s Bridge (1595), Norimberga

Attirati dalle strabilianti recensioni abbiamo prenotato e soggiornato in questo hotel con arredamento essenziale di gusto minimalista. Per avere certezza del confort abbiamo pagato , non poco, camere di ordine superiore. L'albergo non fornisce alcun servizio di cortesia,( prendono la scusa della sostenibilità però a pagamento ti danno tutto ciò che manca!) mancano bollitore e frigobar, non esiste un citofono o un contatto diretto con la reception per emergenza:se ti lamenti ti sfottono dicendo che tutti hanno un telefonino (vorrei sapere che fanno ad es. due bambini soli con una mamma svenuta)la pulizia della stanza e del bagno molto sommaria . Colazione servita, non a buffet e non eccezionale. La posizione invece è centralissima e molto vicino parcheggio sotterraneo per auto.

This is a really nice, modern hotel right around the corner from the Hauptmarkt. It's just a short walk to many major tourist sights including the Imperial Castle and Nazi Art Bunker. We had a king room overlooking the front that felt rather spacious. The room and all the amenities were great. I had to take away a star for the hard bed. It was incredibly uncomfortable and too firm and I woke up with back pain. Thankfully we only stayed one night. There is a parking garage under the hotel but our van was a little too large for it. So we parked at another parking garage about a 5-10 min walk down the street for €18 a night. Well worth it if you have a large vehicle and want to keep it off of street parking. I emailed the hotel weeks before our arrival asking about parking for a large van and they promptly answered with directions to the other parking garage. The hotel is in a great location. Plenty of coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants within a short walk. We did not buy the breakfast at the hotel due to the many other options nearby. The hotel does have free coffee and tea before 10am; after that, it's €4. Except for the hardness of the bed, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, largely due to the fantastic location. I’d still stay here again if we return to this area.

In pieno centro di Norimberga. Possibilità di parcheggio vicino. camera piccola ma carina. personale gentile. colazione ”a la carta” . Unica pecca bisogna uscire dall'hotel e rientrare alla porta accanto, il ristorante ha la stessa gestione. In inverno pieno e in caso di brutto tempo non è il massimo, anche se per la verità il percorso è brevissimo.

Pros: Location: The location is excellent, in the Center of old town. Next to lots of Resto’s, supermarket and small shops, walkable to all main sites in the old town. Staffs: The reception is super nice, very friendly and courteous, gave us a lot of tips of where to eat and see in the area. Breakfast was very good, and staffs are super nice. Parking: there are at least 3-4 parking around, we parked at the end of the street, 20 euro for 24 hrs. Cons: The hotel is in a small alley, kinda like a home which you need to ring to enter, reception is on 2nd floor, there is elevator in the building. the alley smelled cigarette, maybe they should simply move the ashtray out, so it will be more pleasant. Room is spacious but old style, nothing fancy. Please be aware there is NO air conditioning. There is a small fan in the room. We arrived at Nuremberg and it was around 27c , the room was hot, no choice but to leave the window open and fan on the whole night to sleep. The room was quiet though. So if you are ok with no air con, room was ok.

I funzionari del giorno e della notte erano estremamente utili e gentili! Noi noleggiammo 4 camere e tutti erano molto puliti e decorati così bello e bello. La posizione era perfetta!! Vicino ai pub locali e a piedi distanza dal centro storico. Molto consigliare questo piccolo hotel invece di quelli commerciali grandi disponibili!
