Best resort to date. Friendly staff and food was great. Booked four meals with no issue. Received upgrades upon arrival since we booked through *******….partial ocean view, free bottle of tequila, one meal at royal level. Rooms stocked daily!

We stayed from February 5-13. Food was amazing. We had a ground floor room which was amazing to walk out onto a little patio. Julio was our favourite at the pool bar and treated us all like family.

Not enough chairs by the pool, have to set your towels out at 6-7 am to get a spot, shower was always cold, wind rips through rooms all night and is very noisy, can’t get reservations at restaurants before 9 pm

This is my third time staying here. We liked that it was mostly older adults. Food had a very nice selection and was quite good. As I had been upgraded by my bookings with *******, we received a number of benefits. Room was upgraded and we were able to book all of our a-la-cartes for the week. Food in all of the restaurants was great. Tokyo (Hibachi) restaurant was FABULOUS as was our chef and server. As another ******* upgrade we had dinner (allowed once) at the Royal restaurant on the 7th floor.
We loved walking the very long beach and the weather was great. Will definitely be going back.

I enjoyed the food, The restaurants were top 5 stars! The room we had was clean, quiet, modern and comfortable. The beach was great and boogie boards were provided.
The 3 changes I would make to this resort:
Replace the lobby and lobby bar furniture, very dated, uncomfortable and dirty!
Clean the beach chair area too much garbage in the sand, plastic and cig butts.
Lobby bar should be attended to in morning to serve coffee.
I would defiantly return to stay again!

never stated a dress code for 3 restaurants on website. gold members can swim with guests but guests can’t enjoy gold swim perks - service and cleaning staff wonderful. Safety never a concern on or off the resort
