Ora, non posso parlare per l'esperienza di tutti, perché sono sicuro che la opinione di tutti sarà diversa, ma posso parlare o ly alla mia esperienza. Quindi qui andiamo ... Io e il mio partner siamo arrivati prima di quanto previsto e l'hotel era estremamente accogliente e ci ha controllati immediatamente. Abbiamo una stanza sul pavimento, che aveva una porta che apriva nel cortile al retro del ristorante. Era davvero bella. Le camere erano pulite e belle, non ho trovato alcuna colpa nella stanza. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel che affermano di essere 4 stelle, ma di solito non sono basati su una cosa o un'altra. Questo è ciò che un buon hotel 4 stelle dovrebbe essere come a mio parere. Il cibo al ristorante era molto delizioso e il dolce era sorprendente. Hanno anche servizio in camera. Il buffet per colazione ..... era assolutamente incredibile. Aveva una vasta selezione di cibi, c'era letteralmente qualcosa per tutti. Ho avuto un completo inglese e era così buono. Sinceramente non volevo lasciare il personale è molto amichevole, professionale e sono sempre in tempo. Inizialmente andavamo a stare al Premier Inn o Holiday Inn, ma sono così felice di scegliere questo hotel invece perché abbiamo avuto una fantastica esperienza e mi piacerebbe tornare. Se stai andando in zona, non esitate, sinceramente non la rimpiangerete.

Hotel carino - non poteva trovare una posizione migliore tristemente lasciata in basso dalla dimensione della camera (la camera era ok) ma la camera era molto stretta. Era una notte calda e anche se c'era un coni in camera non potevamo farlo funzionare, non importa cosa abbiamo provato. Se avessimo prenotato per più di una notte, non avrei dormito in quella stanza di nuovo se non c'era nessun con d'aria.

Si tratta di un hotel della catena che fornisce servizi e strutture standard. La stanza è pulita, grande e silenziosa. Il bagno è pulito ma un po' vecchiotto. La colazione è impressionante. Tutto il personale è giovane, disponibile e cordiale. La posizione è buona, a 10-12 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Nottingham. Il prezzo è buono C'è un bar al piano terra se hai problemi di sonno.
Alla reception è stato allestito un bar con acqua rinfrescante che è impressionante.
Il check-in si effettua tutti i giorni alle 15:00, sarebbe meglio se fosse possibile anticiparlo.

5 su 5 pulizia della posizione. Luminoso posto pulito caldo, tutto quello che ci serve, sarebbe molto consigliato a chiunque. Andavamo al cricket a Trentbridge non potevamo chiedere una migliore posizione. Hotel pulito caldo e due minuti a piedi da Trentbridge.

Il mio hubby e io abbiamo visitato per il fine settimana e era bello.Carino hotel, veramente comodi letti, senza alcuna nulla di pulito e il colazione era molto bello e c'era molto di esso.Il personale è gentile e attento e anche il cuoco è uscito e ci ha auspicato buona maturno.Un grande pollice da noi e pensa che abbiamo bisogno di un viaggio indietro presto per poter utilizzare anche le strutture ricreative sul sito.

Trovato questo hotel come un fermo da Devon a Northumberland. Benvenuto ricevimento e personale amichevole in tutte le aree. Ho chiesto una zona di hotel e la richiesta è stata concessa! Avevamo una camera (premium) aggiornata in modo che non possiamo parlare altro che su questo! Piacere di decorare con condimento d'aria. Camera confortevole e cuscinetti. Pulizia. Un cassaforte in cassaforte e un piccolo frigorifero con acqua, coke, crisp e cioccolato complimentare per i membri! Un caffè macchina e caffè e tè istantaneo. La doccia è molto buona, l'unica cosa negativa è la doccia è molto piccola, soprattutto la zona della toletta! Abbiamo avuto un buono per un drink complimentare dal bar che non abbiamo usato, ma al ricevimento mattina abbiamo detto di poter ottenere un take away che era un bel gesto. C'era un buon colazione con abbastanza molto tutto a disposizione, tra cui una zona separata per glutine gratis! Un parco auto molto grande ha finito questa piacevole overnight. Torneremo come fare questo viaggio poche volte all'anno. Continua a fare quello che stai facendo..... Stai facendo bene!Grazie

A friend and I came for afternoon tea this week and I am sorry to say that the food or lack of was the biggest of disappointments. The decor was lovely and the service we received from the young gentleman was exceptional. Regarding the food or lack of: the 3 tier stand consisted of x4 tiny crust less white bread finger sandwiches each on the lower stage (mediocre fillings), the middle stage had the equivalent of a small espresso cup each of carrot & orange soup & a pinch of salad leaves and the top tier held a small dense scone each with one small pot of cream and jam to share. The waiter then brought in separately a plate with a cupcake, a tiny amuse bouche style tart and an equivalent size square of chocolate cake each. For a £25 per head price tag, despite the lovely setting, the cakes could have easily been placed on the cake stand and there would still have been plenty of space remaining! Sorry Colwick Hall but you really need to up your game! Afternoon teas elsewhere really put you to shame 😳

Siamo stati all'hotel per il fine settimana (Fri, Sat & Domenica) mentre assistevamo al ”The Glorm Festival” con altri familiari che erano incantatori. La stanza era piccola, ma era perfetta per la nostra attività che era di alzarsi, di essere pronti, e andiamo al festival! abbiamo dormito come i registri, mentre i letti erano bellissimi e confortevoli. Usando la camera da letto come base per essere posizionati e per conservare in sicurezza i nostri beni era perfetto. La TV nella nostra stanza era la dimensione di un segno postale ma che si occupa, Eravamo al festival. Eravamo adatti al conto per le nostre necessità, così lo rinunciamo. Quando ci siamo lasciati, abbiamo trascorso qualche minuto a parlare con un bel membro del personale che mi ha portato un piacere festivo. (Mi dispiace non aver catturato il nome del gioiello, ma lo chiamiamo ”Santa Klaus” per coloro che lo sanno! Ma che bel uomo ha al receptionist. Era il miglior hotel che abbia visitato, no. Era il peggiore, no. Ma per il fine settimana tutto ciò che abbiamo chiesto e per tutto ciò che era necessario, un posto caldo e sicuro per dormire con un parcheggio sicuro e un bel personale.

UUtente ospiteI came to the Crown Plaza, Nottingham for a conference early June. The hotel itself was nice, modern and comfortable. My room was not adequately cleaned as there were hairs in my shower upon arrival, unreplenished hygiene products in the bathroom and the toilet uncleaned. The room Itself was small, but fine for sleeping in. My TV did not work, but as it was one night this wasn’t a bother. The breakfast and lunch were great, formal dinner however was awful and poor, not worth paying for. Servers were unversed in allergen training, and the allergen and dietary requirement food options were awfully poor. The manager on duty however, was apologetic and wonderful. The best thing about this hotel was the staff (excusing F&B teams poor allergen training and food options). Particularly Abigail, Malakai and Zak on the bar who were so warm, polite and accommodating. Wonderful service throughout and a credit to the team. Thank you three.

UUtente ospiteRoom very out dated and disappointing, loud bathroom fan that kept me up all night and no plug next to the bed (only on the other side of the room). Tea tray is tucked in to a cupboard with a false drawer so is dangerous when opened as you don't expect the whole cupboard to open on your arm. Breakfast was disappointing, both hot and cold selection were dry as if they had been sat for a long time. Not what you expect for £130 mid week stay. Only positive was the great staff at breakfast who were very friendly. Would not come back to this hotel if I was in the area.

UUtente ospiteBooked this hotel as we was going to the take that concert at city ground, it's very close to the city center with all the pubs and clubs in walking distance and even closer to Nottingham castle and ye old trip to Jerusalem bar which is a must visit very quirky. The staff are very friendly and polite and the hotel is very clean with all the amenities you would need for a break away. The hotel is in walking distance to the station but also has parking outside the hotel but is limited but the us a multi storey next door. We will definitely be using this hotel again next time we visit

La prima mattina il personale di custodia è venuto mentre andavamo via, per il giorno di uscita che avevamo pianificato. Quando siamo tornati, ci aspettavamo che la nostra stanza fosse servita, che non ci fossero asciugamani in camera e che non ci fosse un letto. Quando abbiamo ordinato la ricezione per ottenere qualche tovagliolo nessuno ha risposto così dopo un lungo giorno abbiamo dovuto scendere alla ricezione per ottenere loro qualche tovagliolo, dopo aver aspettato quasi 5 minuti mentre il personale di ricezione ci ha ignorato, ci è stato detto che qualcuno ci avrebbe portato qualche tovagliolo La mattina dopo i nostri amici sono andati a colazione prima di noi, per essere detto che non era incluso nella stanza - era, e piuttosto che controllare la prenotazione, erano molto cordiali di dire che non potevano avere colazione. Non si offre nemmeno l’opzione di pagare un colazione, ma si sono fermati a fare colazione in un altro posto, dopo aver organizzato il fine settimana e prenotato la stanza. Dopo aver parlato con la ricezione, hanno confermato che il colazione era incluso e ci hanno dato una carta dicendo che abbiamo diritto al colazione - un uso molto simile a quello che i nostri amici avevano già andato e avevano colazione altrove e non ci è stato offerto un rimborso sulla prenotazione.

Great Apartment hotel, 10 min walk from the city centre, great location surrounded by pubs and shops, tesco is only a 5 min walk making it easy to buy groceries for your apartment. The room was very clean and up to standards, was provided with clean towels, body wash, washing up liquid, bin liners, sponge, toilet roll, hand wash, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, heating.. everything you would expect from a hotel. Note that it is a self catering hotel though so if you are staying for less than 7 nights you will need to get your own things. However I booked for 8 nights and received a free clean halfway through my stay, you will have to ask for this through messages. Always got a quick response when messaging the owner which was great! There is a small garden if you are a smoker with benches so you can sit and chill. The TV is smart so you can watch netflix, amazon prime, YouTube, itv ect or just normal TV which was amazing as I am strictly a amazon prime and netflix girly! The shower has amazing pressure it's literally like you're getting a massage and the bathroom in general feels as though you're in a spa, very modern decor! The only thing I feel could be improved is the temperature of the rooms, especially in winter, I stayed in January and the heating goes to 23° max which I thought was a little low for winter time, especially seeing as the floor is laminate, maybe add a small rug or turn up the heating to 25° so guests can be more comfortable, however I am one of those people who get cold very easy so it may just be me lol! Thank you so much for an amazing stay, will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Thank you Bestwood Lodge for pulling off the best day of our life. We got married here recently and we have been planning this for almost 2 years with Bestwood Lodge and I must say all my appointments were very attentive and helpful. Brent and the team understood the assignments and I know I very demanding at time but nothing was too much for him and I could trust him to delivery and plan our day smoothly. All our guests have said how perfect and smooth the day was, from the checking into the rooms as most of our guests were staying in the hotel. Rooms were ready early for people to get change before the ceremony in the chapel at 2pm. My husband’s mother was booked into one of the new accessible room which are very nice and spacious and close to the Chapel. The music in the ceremony was spot on. Even though I left my usb with songs at home. Brenton quickly downloaded the songs on his phone and saved the day. The flowers and the decorations in the ballroom was amazing and the room was layout just as we wanted it. Some of our guests were fussy eaters but all the courses were 5 star quality and the presentation of the canapés and variety in the buffet. The food was definitely a highlight. I must mention that all the bar staff on the day worked really well and service was with a smile and keeping the bar stock. Thank you bestwood lodge for making our wedding special and i am sure some of our friends will be using your venue again. We have already booked to stay again in the accessible room for our anniversary. I also would like to mention Housekeeping team thank you for waiting around and sort our room out the first night and for all our weird requests x
