Premier Inn Nottingham Arena (London Road)

The team are really friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location for the Arena. Its also very handy for the business I was visiting, so a bonus for me. They do not currently have the Premier Plus rooms, so that addition would be great as I stay here at least once a month. I cannot fault the hotel but the parking at £15 a day is expensive.

The positives: Check in was easy and the room was clean and basic. Close to the station. The rest of my experience was not good. No air conditioning, no problem in the winter right? Wrong. No AC means no ventilation. Open the window? No, my room was at pavement level next to a busy main road! And the traffic wasn't the only noise: you can hear the water running and doors banging from all over the hotel all day and night. If you want heating then the electric radiator is very noisy as well, so turn the thermostat right down before bed. WiFi is slow unless you pay extra. Petty. I won't return.

Excellent service - room clean - everything you would expect and the breakfast and dinner was delicious and served with a smile. Could not fault anything. I needed a room for one night that included dinner and breakfast and this was bang on price and would happily stay there agin.

Staff were really good and attentive, room very clean. Food and drink was good for the price couldn't really fault anything. Near the train station so very handy, Michelle and Kat were the best, very helpful and full of information xxxxxxxxxxx

Lovely experience, get place for a work do with proximity to city centre. Staff we great and very accomodating too when having breakfast with a beautiful riverside view. Will definitely be looking at here again for next ears festivities. Thank you!

Lovely staff who are always attentive with excellent customer service and all the team members and management go beyond their way to help. Facilities at the hotel are great and restaurant food is good. Drinks selection is also great with a good variety of. Rooms are always maintained to a high standard
