I stayed at mercure for business trip. Comfortable rooms and a good size. The receptionist was friendly and very knowledgeable about Norwich and where to go and eat. They do have a restaurant which I will try next time. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in all the hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s buffet style, but the food was fresh which is nice as I didn’t go down till 0830. I ordered poached eggs and the staff got them out to me within minutes. Bar area was very cosy and relaxed. Every staff member I saw was happy and professional. I will be staying at the mercure every time I go to Norwich.

Abbiamo avuto un matrimonio di famiglia a Norwich, quindi abbiamo fatto una prenotazione di gruppo per la famiglia tutti noi 9 . L' hotel è molto ben situato per il centro città e ha un centro sanitario David Lloyd vicino alla porta ( il giorno passa costo £10 ma vale molto buone strutture ) e l' hotel stesso è molto ben arredata con un salotto e bar presso la reception e un colazione area accanto a quella , tutti senza spot . Le camere sono molto pulite e hanno tutto quello che potresti avere ( ferro secchezza TV a bordo secchiere capelli molti punti elettrici e USB ) mia madre ha la malattia di Parkinson e aveva una camera adattata disabili che era perfetta tutte le esigenze per rendere la vita più facile La colazione è un buffet e ha tutto quello che avresti bisogno dal freddo al cuoco e tutto è molto delizioso . Il colazione chef Daniel era eccellente , dopo aver sentito la malattia di mia madre egli è andato oltre e oltre il livello di servizio che si aspetta e non posso ringraziarlo abbastanza per la sua considerazione . In conclusione , un soggiorno molto bello fatto meglio da un eccellente personale in tutto l'hotel da ricezione a custodia e un richiamo speciale a Daniel per la sua pensiero .

We were delighted with this hotel. Parking with my blue badge was easy and close to reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleased with the layout and spaciousness of our room.Decor is good, and we had very pleasant meals in the conservatory. We are light eaters and found what we wanted by using the illustrated tablets provided by the staff. We did have a problem, though. As I was pleased with the service for the evening meals I left a tip each time and it was only after I checked the bill at home that I found gratuities had been added. We were not advised of this and saw no advice of it on the tablet menus. A shame - until then we were very happy. It doesn't stop us going again but we shall leave no tips!

Personale . Veramente amichevole in accoglienza Room was very clean and quiet. Hotel was quiet and conveniently located to the city center. I would recommend and would also stay here again. Il parcheggio vicino alla porta è ragionevolmente prezzito, ma alcune concessioni per gli utenti dell'hotel sarebbero buone.

Un'altra bella visita, perse il numero di volte che abbiamo soggiornato qui ora. Belle camere confortevoli, soprattutto le letti. Il cibo è bella e fresca e di buona dimensione. Guardatevi di nuovo presto quando il tempo è un po' meglio. Grazie ancora per il buon soggiorno.

Quando rimasi lì per lavoro, trovai dei modi molto professionali e appropriati nel personale. La mia TV in camera non lavorava dopo l’ispezione, ma il ricevitore era pronto a controllare e ha cambiato la mia stanza. E mi ha scusato, mi ha dato un drink complimentare dal bar. E' come il servizio a 4 stelle in hotel di bilancio! Sono sicuramente tornato a questo hotel per questo professionalismo.
