Room is ok, super spacious, breakfast is ok, we stayed during eid fitr, so many indonesian food at that time, there are pool, gym, and other facilities. Will be back for family or friends staycation.

L'hotel andava bene, ma era davvero complicato, ho avuto difficoltà a prendere un Gocar/Grab e ordinare GoFood perché per entrare nella hall dovevo fare il giro del parcheggio fino all'ottavo piano. Quindi quello che mi ha davvero scioccato è stato quello lì c'erano molti piccoli scarafaggi. Ogni volta che entro nella mia stanza devo combattere con piccoli scarafaggi e scappare. Quando ti svegli e vai in bagno, devi concentrarti sul vedere dove sono gli scarafaggi. Non molto calmo. Davvero non mi piace questo hotel. Buona esperienza soggiornando nella zona di Glodok, ma non voglio tornarci.

2 volte qui, e c'è sempre grande, l'hotel era davvero buono. l'hotel pulito, veloce check-in e la camera era comoda, e il colazione ha molte varietà in tempo, indonesiano e cinese (il dimsum è molto delizioso) amichevole e onesta personale, La sua esperienza è molto buona, il Mercure Kota è un buon lavoro!

Grande posizione e servizio, la stanza è pulita e non ha nemmeno odore. Usano tappeti nei corridoi, rendendo un po' difficile portare i bagagli con voi. Alcuni rumori possono ancora essere sentiti dall'interno della stanza e le strutture sono molto basilari.

Small hotel with 2 floors only but the corridor was long and seemed like lots of room. Very conveniently located next to a big mall. And the room was comfortable with basic amenities. Value for money!

When you enter the building, the hotel itself is actually located on the third floor. So you need to find the the elevator and go up. Previously I already requested to do early check in at 01.00 PM via booking.com and fortunately the room was ready and I was able to put all my stuff and hopefully enjoy my two nights stay there. I was given a vitamin C and a mask when I checked in, and when I turned on the TV in the room, it showed how the hotel tried to maintain the cleanliness during Covid 19 by doing disinfection, etc. I chose Whizz Prime Kelapa Gading because it is located across MOI and it has a swimming pool. I want to spend my staycation by swimming in the hotel, at least that's what I thought. When I was swimming, the pool staff approached me and told me that since I was not wearing a proper swimsuit, I was actually not allowed to swim there, for your information, I was wearing a hijab and it was impossible for me to wear a swimsuit, the staff even suggested me to take off my hijab which of course I said no. The next thing I know that the security approached me and telling me quite the same thing, because I was not wearing a proper swimsuit, I was not allowed to swim there. I noticed that the other guests who were also at the pool were staring at me and I felt humiliated. That's it. I got out of the swimming pool and heading to the receptionist and complained. I was assisted by mbak Sarah and she told me there should be no problem if I want to swim and she will talk to the swimming pool staff. When she returned, she told me to sit by the pool and she would talk to the GM. I was already angered by the situation and I chose to go back to the my room and write a complaint in the contact us section of the hotel website. And I decided to go back to the swimming pool and took a picture of the swimming pool. That's when Sarah approached me again, and apologized and make sure that I can swim in the swimming pool with the approval of the GM. I still don't get it, why did the pool staff and the security treated me like that, even need approval from GM, for a lady who wore hijab, to be able to swim at the hotel, while I was the guest and I paid for the room including the facilities? At the end, the manager talked to me and I apologized, ok, I accept the apology but I am already disappointed and cried. I felt horrible. I decided to check out early and ask for a refund. I am now waiting for a refund.

Good feelings about the hotel, Room was spacious and good. A mini mart would be convenient for Hotel guests altho the nearby Lotte Mart is a 7 minute walk, the gate to it is closed at 9pm. It was a rush for us late commer, looking for cheap eats and affordable beers. Breakfast spread was good. I like the pickled fruits. It was crowded even at 8am, hard to find a table. I would return again.
