Tutto va bene... è solo un peccato che fin dall'inizio, non ho ricevuto le informazioni che la prenotazione attraverso questa applicazione non poteva ottenere Amethyst o sapone per la tosta, ecc. Quando mi sono chiesto, mi sono spiegato e sono stato in grado di pagare Amethyst 10.000 per 2 persone se lo ascolti. Volevo solo controllare il giorno dopo, se fossi nelle informazioni dall'inizio avrei scelto 10.000 per l'Amethyst.

UUtente ospiteWhen I checked in, the receptionist said that the room that I booked is on maintenance so they offered me the bigger room with bath tub. Say that I’m ungrateful but, this room didn’t have balcony and sea view meanwhile the room that I booked has balcony and sea view. That’s the reason I go to this hotel to see the sea. So it’s disappointing. The breakfast also bland and lack of variety.

UUtente anonimoDespite the “old” looking/vibe this hotel gave out. I personally think that this hotel is one of the best choice to stay in Kelapa Gading area.
It is located right in Mall of Indonesia, in fact, the lobby entrance is just right beside the Mall’s lobby entrance. There are tons of convenient store (Indomaret, Alfamart) nearby. Also, no need to worry should you need to buy foods/other things because it is very easy to access the mall.
For the hotel itself, the Aircon is very cold which is nice, amenities are great, hotel staff are all very friendly. Overall it has been such a joyful stay for me. Will definitely re-visit! Thanks.

Piscina era bella, le strutture fitness sono basse minime. Il colazione dell'hotel era sorprendente, la varietà e il gusto non era molto buono prendendo il colazione per entrambi i giorni. Il personale era molto amichevole nonostante le difficoltà linguistiche e l'alloggio. La posizione era grande per raggiungere il centro di Jakarta. Prenotare di nuovo se avessi un grande gruppo

UUtente ospiteWhile our overall stay at Oakwood Jakarta was enjoyable, the lack of a warm welcome was disappointing. The receptionist working between 8-9 PM on October 17th, 2024, wasn’t friendly or smiling, which left us with a poor first impression. She also didn’t provide any information about the hotel’s facilities – we weren’t told how to access the pool, the restaurants, or any other amenities. It felt like we were left to figure things out on our own.
This was especially surprising after spending 10 days in Bali, where everyone went out of their way to smile, offer help with our bags, and make sure we were comfortable. At Oakwood, no one even asked if we needed assistance with our luggage.
Despite the disappointing service, the hotel itself was great. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is also a huge plus – just a 10-minute walk to PIK Avenue and around 23 minutes from the airport, making it super convenient.
If the service at the front desk were improved, this hotel could easily be a top-tier choice. For now, I’d still recommend it for its comfort, location, and overall facilities – just be prepared for a less-than-warm welcome.

LLonaK252When you enter the building, the hotel itself is actually located on the third floor. So you need to find the the elevator and go up. Previously I already requested to do early check in at 01.00 PM via booking.com and fortunately the room was ready and I was able to put all my stuff and hopefully enjoy my two nights stay there. I was given a vitamin C and a mask when I checked in, and when I turned on the TV in the room, it showed how the hotel tried to maintain the cleanliness during Covid 19 by doing disinfection, etc. I chose Whizz Prime Kelapa Gading because it is located across MOI and it has a swimming pool. I want to spend my staycation by swimming in the hotel, at least that's what I thought. When I was swimming, the pool staff approached me and told me that since I was not wearing a proper swimsuit, I was actually not allowed to swim there, for your information, I was wearing a hijab and it was impossible for me to wear a swimsuit, the staff even suggested me to take off my hijab which of course I said no. The next thing I know that the security approached me and telling me quite the same thing, because I was not wearing a proper swimsuit, I was not allowed to swim there. I noticed that the other guests who were also at the pool were staring at me and I felt humiliated. That's it. I got out of the swimming pool and heading to the receptionist and complained. I was assisted by mbak Sarah and she told me there should be no problem if I want to swim and she will talk to the swimming pool staff. When she returned, she told me to sit by the pool and she would talk to the GM. I was already angered by the situation and I chose to go back to the my room and write a complaint in the contact us section of the hotel website. And I decided to go back to the swimming pool and took a picture of the swimming pool. That's when Sarah approached me again, and apologized and make sure that I can swim in the swimming pool with the approval of the GM. I still don't get it, why did the pool staff and the security treated me like that, even need approval from GM, for a lady who wore hijab, to be able to swim at the hotel, while I was the guest and I paid for the room including the facilities? At the end, the manager talked to me and I apologized, ok, I accept the apology but I am already disappointed and cried. I felt horrible. I decided to check out early and ask for a refund. I am now waiting for a refund.

UUtente ospiteI’ve been here almost half of years visiting Jakarta for business purposes. Amongst the rest hotel in Kelapa Gading area, 101 Urban Kelapa Gading is the best place to stay in ! Beside, the restaurant in the lobby hotel service was greats! Thanks to the waiter Pak Agus and Waitress Buk Tika for the service given throughout time I'm having meals. Not forget the food really superb tasty ! Thank you 101 😊👍

NNaurahHad a pleasant stay here. Amenities were great, place is beautiful and clean. However, they don’t provide early luggage drop offs/luggage storage which is really troublesome. Hope they’ll improve on this. Another thing is the shower door no matter how shut it is there will always be some water going outside to the floor of toiletseat/sink. This made things a little icky because i prefer dry toilet. Other than that, wonderful!would stay here again
