The hotel is not bad - typical city hotel working with a lots of group. The lobby is always crowded also is noisy earlier in the morning in the corridors when people are leaving. The rooms are fine , not small . Just the bath is a bit old.

It was really nice to stay here. The rooms are clean, the location is strategies.

A bit old hotel before was Neo hote. I like to stay to eat my favorite foods and to go to Pulau Seribu via Ancol

Good food good features. Love the hotel as its near to my concert venue. surrounded by many attractions. Recommended. Slightly less hygienic for the toilet. Other was okay food delicious.

Located near Mangga Dua Square. Currently named "Horu Hotel" instead of Neo Hotel. TransJakarta's Gunung Sahari Mangga Dua Timur is the nearest BRT stop. Room is clean.

Good place

AC was not cooling my room. I have compliant the front desk, they told me solve this problem. But they didn't. I can not sleep all night. Telephone was also not working. Washroom doesn't clean properly.

Nice place, cozy , friendly... And good for staycation...

Very convenience for my Trip to ITC Mangga Dua and Mangga Dua square. Reasonable rate and many eateries surrounding.

Fresh bedding, comfy bed, great view, on-site restaurant and others nearby at the mall is what you can expect from your visit to this property. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the price is ok. Just that the water shower pressure is not stable.

Reception is fine. Housekeeping needs to improve immensely. Two out of the days I have stayed, I had to ask them to make up the room and communication as simple as refilling the coffee bags and shower soap has to be conveyed via reception. Security and quietness at the each floor lobby has to be enforced instead of allowing tenants let their children running and shouting and causing disturbance while we take our rest.

Everything is ok.... The staff are friendly and nice...
