Hotel in zona Vanxim Island, Goa Nord

Il mio check-in non era in buona esperienza, c'erano alcuni problemi con la categoria della camera, capisco completamente che l'hotel era pieno di casa, ma è dozente significa che gli altri ospiti soffrono, ***e del personale che hanno bisogno di formazione poi sembrano molto triste, Devo dirgli buon mattino o sera, poi potranno rispondere, direi che i membri del personale di F&B andavano via, consiglierei Noella, Danjita, Chef Dutta per la loro cura supplementare hanno fatto un buon lavoro, le varietà alimentari sono sorprendenti soprattutto per il colazione, Il club della salute alcune macchine sono troppo vecchie, il nome del conducente del taxi Mahmood è molto buono che era straordinario per la sua ospite.

Il mio soggiorno al Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon a Goa è stato un'esperienza eccezionale che ha superato le mie aspettative. La camera che mi era stata assegnata non solo era comoda, ma anche con un bagno molto spazioso, migliorando il comfort e il lusso complessivo del mio soggiorno. Le strutture dell'hotel sono state di prima qualità, con la piscina particolarmente accentuata, a causa dell'atmosfera invitante e della sua condizione di prigione. La cucina del Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon è stata anche impressionante. L'ampia gamma di opzioni di colazione disponibili ogni mattina è stato un piacevole modo di iniziare il giorno, cucinando con una varietà di gusti e preferenze. Ottimo camera con cibo molto bello. Piscina è troppo buona con banda in diretta in serata. La posizione è un po 'su una pista stretta ma ***agioabile. Servizio in camera e qualità alimentare eccellente.

The resort offers different rooms for different prices. The penthouse suite room was really big and spacious. Value for money especially if you are travelling with a family. Walkable distance from the main road and is located in the quite neighborhood. The hotel requires a renovation. The dining area is too small to accommodate the crowd during the season. The kitchen staff are not able to manage the crown and refill during breakfast and pretty slow to deliver the order placed during dinner. Hotel also need to look into accommodating tourists who arrive early and help them with a temporary room or early check-in with extra charges. Staffs are quite friendly and so are drivers.

We had a fortnight at the Aldeia Santa Rita [ASR] and found it to be staffed by a welcoming, friendly, and professional team. The hotel itself has lovely gardens throughout and plenty of palm trees, which allow for lots of birds, chipmunks, and other local fauna. Rooms: A very traditional Portuguese villa style/looking hotel, the rooms are much the same, although some are of a higher standard than others. These rooms seem to be the ones on the main walk through and face the pool. We really liked the traditional feel and found our rooms to have all we needed, with the exception of a comfy bed. The mattress was very hard, thin, and laid on a solid wooden frame. We did ask for a topper, which helped to an extent. So just be aware. Two fans and air con ensured we could keep cool when needed. Very nice bathroom with a decent shower, and it all looked pretty new. There is no safe/safety deposit box in the rooms. These are all in reception, and you must provide your own locks. We had a first-floor room and would choose this again as it gave more privacy. It was also good to have tea and coffee making facilities plus a full-size fridge. Food: All buffet style with the exception of ”a la carte” nights [every other night]. We definitely had some very nice food on the couple of evenings we did eat at the ASR including a selection of curries and some nice soup . Although we were booked All Inclusive, we had no intention of being so as there are some very good restaurants in Candolim. Otherwise, the food was very much aimed at domestic tourists, so some may find a very limited choice at both breakfast and dinner. Fresh eggs , omelette etc where readily available and cooked to order each breakfast. There was a very efficient toaster and fresh porridge, 1 type of fruit and usually 4/5 hot dishes which, as I've said, were mostly Asian inspired. Overall, the quality of the food was average, in our opinion. Pool: Very nice pool, well maintained, fair amount of sunbeds for the most part. However, there were not enough areas of shade/umbrellas, and it did get very hot. The world famous sun bed baggers were very much in evidence, and many beds were bagged but unused until later in the day. This is annoying whatever hotel or country you're in! One downside, the ants and other small insect critters. These were seen crawling all over the sunbeds throughout the day, and on the day I stayed by the pool (morning) , my bed was under attack all the while. The ants were even more active from about 1630hrs onwards. Not a pleasant situation and 3 of us were bitten, but it evidently did not bother the many who stayed at the pool every day. Location: Very much situated at the Fort end of Candolim, fair to say you're in Sinquerim. It is a fairly quiet location which is nice and it's a good walk to the busier parts of the resort. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile.Abbiamo apprezzato la loro ospitalità così abbiamo deciso di prorogare il nostro soggiorno. It’s a 4 star ⭐️ hotel however thanks to its staff’s approach for me it should be ranking as 5 ☺️ Everything was clean and I felt taken care of. I definitely recommend staying at this property! You won’t regret it!

Westin Goa was truly delightful for our recent visit to Goa. It’s among the 5 star properties, wherein all departments are in sync and have one agenda to please and delight their guests. We were flawed by the sincerity of the associates and well pleased with all our interactions. Something’s stood out amongst others. The cleanliness in and around the property is remarkable and the leadership attributes of Surat, their Director of Services is showcased well, with the work that his team members put in day in and day out. Not only do you have the best cleanliness standards in the room, it is replicated at all outlets and other areas. The marble in guest areas is sparkling and public areas are well attended. The birthday decorration and the cake were a special touch. Thank you Surat for a very memorable stay. Not to forget one of the most comfortable beds are available in all the rooms, the linen and the pillows are perfect. The Culinary and Service team is another jewel for this property. Selection of cocktails are thoughtfully curated and the food is out standing. Being in Goa, one delicacy that we long for is Goan Chorizo, and amongst all 5 stars, the chorizo - bread combo that the Chef from Himachal made for us was truly amongst the best that we had in the state. The Indian/Goan/ Western menu selection is must try out when here at Westin Goa. Front Office staff were very courteous and the security personals are very attentive and helpful. Amongst all my stays in star hotels, I was impressed by the selection of uniforms for staff. Smart and brand aligned. All in all, this hotel is truly FOR A BETTER YOU.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera di lusso, la camera è grande, pulita e confortevole. Il personale è utile. Il colazione che è incluso nel itinerario è buon pranzo e cena è deliziosa e disponibile fino a 10 PM Il nostro 4 anni bambino ha goduto il letto e il bagno. Il frigo è disponibile vicino alla spiaggia, 2 - 3 passi, *** e vicini alimenti disponibili verso la strada principale. Cons: Kettle non è disponibile, l'acqua calda non è con controllo della temperatura, a volte è molto calda, deve essere davvero attento e cauto, se viaggiate con un bambino.Non c'è ascensore, però il personale ha aiutato con il nostro bagaglio fino al 4° piano,
