Great location among dunes, best breakfast buffet/breakfast-staff, selection of different sauna experiences. Must upgrade menu and selection in lobby/room/pool Must improve service level and rules for children as well as dangerous slippery floor

Family weekend to this nice spa hotel. We needed a nice break for the weekend with our 3 years old son where we all could relax and this was a absolutely right place for us! The spa area is big and our son could have fun there without disturbing any other guest, we enjoy lots of saunas with nice treatments for the body. The breakfast and the dinner was very delicious, not to big but with great and fresh variety of products. The employees were very helpful and smiley. Thank you for having us!

Despite the wonderful location on beautiful Sylt, this hotel disappointed. My husband and I stayed for 6 nights in July 2021, at a time when pandemic-related restrictions explained some our only so-so experience but not all. To begin with, although a quiet room away from the road was specifically requested, we were initially shown to a room with a view over a parking lot and road. After complaining, the front desk managed to get us a room on the other side of the hotel (facing the pool area), but it would have been so much nicer to have started with a room that met our requirements. It should be mentioned that although this is a modern hotel, there is no ventilation or air cooling in the rooms; therefore, sleeping with the windows open is essential as the room are otherwise stuffy. Secondly, the hotel offers no access to the sea due to the dunes which are off-limits, and no views of the sea from the public areas. Although our room had a partial (side) view of the sea, in order to enjoy views of the beach we had to leave the hotel property and walk along the public promenade (5-min walk). This is due to the rather strange architecture of the resort, which is big and boxy and not very open to the outdoors. The terraces of the restaurant and bar area are closed off and can only be accessed through the restaurant. And the fact that the only access to the pool area is via the spa also made us feel hemmed in. Food-wise the restaurant was of okay quality, but the fact of eating at a buffet-style restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, with no other option for a fancier meal in the evening, was limiting. Finally, the hotel made us pick a fixed seating time for breakfast in advance and stick with it due to Covid rules, which really felt like being on a schedule -- not cool while on holiday. It felt like this was for their convenience rather than the guests. On the positive side, the restaurant staff at A-Rosa Sylt were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate the guests.

Ich möchte meine Erfahrungen im Hotel A-Rosa auf Sylt teilen. Leider muss ich feststellen, dass das Hotel nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Die Zimmer sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Der Teppich, der einst hochwertig war, ist stark abgenutzt. Wände und Decken in den Zimmern wirken renovierungsbedürftig. Die Zimmerausstattung ist minimalistisch: Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine, keinen Wasserkocher und kein Begrüßungswasser. Der Service entspricht eher einem 1- bis 2-Sterne-Hotel als einem 5-Sterne-Haus. Das Personal scheint überfordert zu sein und es wird am Service gespart. Beim Check-in wurde kein Upgrade angeboten, selbst auf Nachfrage erhielt ich keine Antwort. Beim ersten Frühstück fehlten Gläser, Besteck und Teller. Diese mussten extra angefordert werden. Die Hygiene in den Zimmerm lässt zu wünschen übrig, die Toilette war widerwärtig. Die Lage des Hotels ist jedoch sehr schön, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der Wellnessbereich ist wundervoll. Leider sind die Wasserkaraffen oft leer, Plastikbecher liegen auf dem Boden und zwei Saunen waren außer Betrieb. Handtücher und Bademäntel waren abgenutzt. In der Bar haben Gäste aus Hamburg 40 Minuten auf den Service warten müssen. Es wurden keine Knabbereien angeboten und sie teilten ähnliche negative Erfahrungen. Wir wurden auch schlecht bedient, mussten am Tresen bestellen und später um die Rechnung bitten. Es scheint, dass entweder das Management nicht effektiv arbeitet oder es wird zu sehr gespart. Wer das Severins kennt, wird enttäuscht sein. Insgesamt würde ich dem Hotel einen Stern geben, da das Personal zwar bemüht, aber oft nicht qualifiziert wirkt. --- Diese Bewertung sollte Ihre Kritikpunkte klar und sachlich darstellen, ohne rechtlich problematische Aussagen zu enthalten. Der Fisch fängt immer am Kopf an zu stinken….

Wir haben eine Woche in der Nebensaison in diesem wunderschönen Hotel verbracht, das umfangreiche Wellnessangebot genutzt , insbesondere die schöne Saunalandschaft mit Dünenblick. Es gibt einen hoteleigenen Fahrradverleih mit guten Rädern und kompetentem Service durch den besonders freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, deshalb Dank an das ganze Hotelteam. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Veraltete Zimmer/Interieur. Familienfreundlich? Fehlanzeige: Schwimmbad darf mit Kindern nur zwischen 12:00 und 15:00 benutzt werden. Preis/Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, kann aber leider die anderen Mängel nicht auffangen.

Wir waren gerade zum zweiten Mal im Arosa und haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen! Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Atmosphäre insgesamt sehr angenehm, der Kids-Club „Rossini“ begeistert unseren kleinen Sohn, der SPA ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel! Wir kommen im Juni wieder und freuen uns schon darauf!
