Hotel in zona Depot Isi Ulang Cling Water, Nongsa

The concierge was professional and polite. Breakfast was not that great as variety limited. Aircon in room not cooling even though adjusted to lowest temperature. Lights not working, was told no spare parts to replace 🙁 Bathroom doors old and difficult to close entirely. However, the rooms were clean and spacious 👍🏻

Questa sera è la nostra ultima notte qui a Eska. Va bene. Acciaio, asciugacapelli spesso (alcune di hotel hanno asciugacapelli molto sottili), asciugacapelli. A/C funzionava bene. Mini frigo era ok. Non cosi' freddo. Nessun odore funky nella stanza e nella camera da bagno, pulito. Lobby è pulito. La squadra di manutenzione era grande.Anche il piatto di colazione era buono. Il letto non era cattivo ($40+, sì). Solo i piatti tu. Io trovo abbastanza abitabile. Haha. E il Kepri Mall è permanentemente chiuso. Quindi, il suo piccolo silenzio. Suggerisco di ottenere una carta prepagata per i dati* ottenere una Gb più grande, se ti piace guardare Netflix o video*. Solo in attesa. Ehi! Siamo arrivati venerdì pomeriggio, connessione Wifi, TV era tutto a posto. Ma quando siamo tornati quella notte prolly circa 10pm ish. non c'è connessione Wifi fino al prossimo mng. Ma ora, 12.38am, Sat notte. Wifi era buono. Idk sia la connessione o cosa. Ho appena usato i miei dati ieri 😅 per navigare su Internet. Non abbiamo provato il bagno qui, perché avevamo il nostro normale massaggio altrove. E c'è un ristorante al tetto. Molto bello. Ma non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di sedersi lì, come la pioggia. Sì. In generale, vale la pena di stare. Solo la cosa Wifi.

We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. Check in was fast and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the villa is good, walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. Distance to shopping malls is not too far too as you can easily get a Gojek there. It is around 6km to BCS mall and A2 food court. One down side I feel was the lack of variety for the breakfast, it would be good if there is buffet spread. The music from the neighbouring cafe/pub was pretty loud till which could disturb guests who may be there to chill n relax. It didn't bother me very much probably I was tired out so slept pretty well. Overall a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Highly recommended for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway.

When we arrived at 1400hrs (hotel local time) to check in, unfortunately rooms are not ready. Coz thinking that we can fresh-up in the rooms before proceeding to our spa appointment (at 3pm), we are unable to do so. Therefore, we hv to leave our luggages n bags of shopping stuffs at their luggage storage point and to proceed to our spa appointment. T he rooms are spacious n well equipped with toiletries . Aircon is working well but quite cold. The toilet is clean. The breakfast on the next morning has a wide spread of variety.

Excellent location directly opposite Grand Batam Mall and many Massage wellness spa. Good security and very clean hotel. Will recommend to my friends and also come back to stay again .

Posizione: vicino al centro di Nagoya Hill, molto conveniente, ma la strada principale è piuttosto rumorosa di notte. Servizi: ben attrezzati, ma la piscina è piuttosto piccola, lo giardino è decente. Camera: dimensione è decente, punto di potenza al desk ha diversi tipi è molto buono. Pulizia in camera buona, ma le foglie sono ben utilizzate e tempo per cambiare. Windows di camera potrebbe fare meglio con il suono contro il traffico dalla strada principale. Personale: molto buon servizio fornito dal personale, ben fatto. Colazione: BF complimentare fornita, la diffusione è stata piuttosto decente e il cibo globale è buono. Globale: È un hotel decente e buono, penserà a tornare a soggiornare.

Sono andato lì con grandi aspettative a causa delle recensioni su TripAdvisor. Ma penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso abbastanza buono. Sì, l'hotel è un po' vecchio e le lenzuola potrebbero avere una piccola macchia, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal fatto che il loro letto singolo sia in realtà un letto queen size e un letto singolo. Anche le loro camere sono arredate con mobili prevalentemente in legno. Un'altra cosa che mi piace davvero è l'aria condizionata, è molto forte e molto fredda. Ci siamo avvolti nella coperta come un burrito. Forse una piccola cosa da notare è che, nonostante ci siano i cartelli “vietato fumare” negli ascensori, ci sono ancora viaggiatori che fumano apertamente lì dentro. Ma a parte questo, penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso ok. È anche abbastanza sicuro, perché devi scansionare la scheda della stanza prima di selezionare il livello a cui vuoi accedere. C'è anche un Macdonald nelle vicinanze, basta attraversare la strada.

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

Good stay considering the location and the price. Very convenient ; connected to the the mall and ferry terminal . No worries about rain or hot sun. Access to the beautiful walk near the ferry terminal with lots of good restaurants and bars.

Great hotel in a great location! I booked 3 rooms for my family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids), and we all enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. This was my second time staying here, and we will definitely come back again during the school holidays. Highly recommended! Oh, and almost forgot—it was my father's birthday, and the hotel staff did a small celebration for him. They decorated the room with a cake and a cute towel cake. The staff are so good and friendly.
