Rather late post however, I could not resist writing this...this place is Awesome...extremely clean and comfortable place. Beautiful location, close to nature, lovely staff..special mention to Vijay, Mubarak and rest of their team.we were a group of 19 and they hosted us extremely patiently and with a big Smile on their faces. Given the limited resources...they really did a wonderful job and made our stay extremely memorable and pleasant. Also not miss out on Pushp Ved, the owner who is extremely helpful and kind...Kudos to the entire team and I would really recommend this place to everyone who needs a quite getaway from city life and close to Nature.. thank you Singaras Coffee Country 😇

Very comfortable and peaceful ambience! It was such a nice property where we could enjoy the nature at its best. We also spotted peacocks and a big group of deer inside their property. They took us for a small trek down the stream and showed us the elephant trails. The highlight was their staff and their hospitality. We all loved it as a family ❤️

I recently visited the property with my friends and kids. I found the property to be clean. Mr Vaid and Mr. Vijay are very approachable and are consider each feedback given very seriously..The best part of the stay was the direct access to the stream, herd of elephants visiting us in the early morning and the clan room where kids had the best time. Looking forward to visit the property one more time 🙂

The room is clean and a great place to rest and relax. Vinjay the ***ager is helpful and spoke very good English Thank you Vaid for showing us around your hotel and making sure we have the best experience staying in your hotel grounds

Very good property for a weekend getaway. The staff is very courteous and supportive. You can wind down in the evening looking at the hills in the distance. Take a walk inside the property during mornings. We really liked the breakfast too! And don't miss the stream running through the property. You can also plan for an early morning jeep safari from the property as well. All in all, I would highly recommend the property, and would definitely visit if I get the chance again!

Resort was very nice, their food room hospitality was really good. Staffs are very good, we went with our infant kid they made special foods for my kid based on our wish.Room, toilet, dine, Kitchen was simply and need.

Service: Can improve the room services as there was no proper/immediate response once we request for a service. Food: Food was decent. Staff: Staff is very helpful and friendly which is speciality of the property. Overall: Good stay with good ambience , has nice open area to play games and unwind.

The good: Clean place, good ambience, decent breakfast, nice dinner. Vijay (our host from the resort) was responsive, super helpful and accommodative throughout the trip! They have a beautiful morning view, garden, a mini-forest in a few meters of walk from the resort. Mudumulai Forest is close-by, it's highly likely you'll spot lemurs and deers on the way. The bad: They'd forgotten to inform that we were supposed to reach Masinagudi before 9pm because the check-posts from Ooty to Masinagudi close by then because of forest area restrictions. We had to face some difficulty because of this, yet overall it was a great stay! Cheers.

Right from initial enquiry to booking and stay everything was an awesome experience. Vaid, the owner he is such a young in age but a thorough professional and very helpful. He answered all my queries with lots of patience. Believe me since I was traveling with my senior citizen parents and my spouse and son I just wanted to be sure about everything. And Vaid guided on all fronts. He was very open, transparent and understanding. Even helped in deciding my itinerary. Now comes the staff. Vijay the property ***ager, Raju and another Vijay all of them are super awesome. Such warm, welcoming and polite. Accommodated all our requests whether it was customising the food for my son or arranging smaller things for us. Now about the property and location. Amazing location. Very clean, spacious and neat rooms. You can see the mountains in the front. Stream is nearby. It is like 5 minutes walk within the property. We didn't take our parents as the walk was not suitable for my father as he has issues in walking. But my son, spouse and myself had grea time at the stream. For our safety Vijay ensured that Raju accompanied us as wild elephants often come to the stream. Raju has such warm smile and took us safely to the stream and was there with us throughout. We could have spent hours there since all three of us love nature. They provided cricket bat and ball. My son d I had good time playing. It was fun. To say in my mother's words that the resort has a positive vibes. Food as you can read in other reviews as well that it was simple but nice. Again the best part of Singaras is their staff and hospitality. I would definitely visit again.
