Ayatana Ooty

Nestled between the beautiful tea plantations in ooty this place is just breathtakingly beautiful. I had taken my mom to this place and I cannot explain in words the happiness I saw in her face . LOCATION: This property is located 18km from ooty and has beautiful cottages overlooking the mountains . The cottage comes with a balcony of the Mountain View . FOOD : The food here is delicious !! I was not expecting the food to be this good to be honest . Most resorts usually have great views but the food will be a compromise but not this one !!! Their food was TOP NOTCH. Based on the package you have chosen , the breakfast is complementary and 1 meal is included as well. The dinner buffet was a delight ! Everyday they had different menu options and each and every dish was magic to the taste buds. What is even BETTER is that they go above and beyond to customize some things if you like them a certain way. ( example: I saw a couple who had come with their one year old kid who wasn’t eating anything , the mom went and asked the chef if there is anything he could eat , the chef immediately made an apple puree for the baby ) . My mom is specific and wanted PICKLE, the next day they offered me different pickles that they were making ! HOSPITALITY: I cannot explain in words about the hospitality in this olace . There is staff every 100 meters of the property who warmly greet you and make sure your needs are met . Once specific incident that I was thoroughly impressed was that my mom is older and cannot walk or get out of the BUGGY that easily . So the buggy driver anna everyday would reverse park the BUGGY just to make it easier for my mom to get down. It is little things like this that made the stay even more comfortable and warm . A huge shout to the following people 1. Rajiv Matthew: the GM there who came everyday to check on us to see if everything is okay 2. KARTHICK - the food and beverage manager who made sure our lunch was ready for the day we checked in even though we were late , and ensured every day day that our food was given according to our preferences . 3. MAHENDRAN: the chef anna who would ensure our coffee was the way we liked , customize our meals for us . 4. SURESH: the buggy anna who took extra care of my mom 5. All the staff at the reception with their prompt replies for any questions or concerns we had during our trip

Comfortable stay.. friendly hospitality and service .. staffs were very friendly and the food was good .. served hot and fresh.. food came within 15 mins when ordered from room.. one of the best rapport to recommend.. the room and bathroom was clean and well maintained..

Best for pets and the scenic view is joy for heart and eyes just love ❤️❤️ Staffs r really good Spclly shahin , she guided The path for us frm Bnglr to Ooty And the place felt lik a home with it’s diverse weather , were u can enjoy three Seasons in one day

Ayatana offers beautiful ambience, clean and cozy chalet with wonderful view of the Nilgiris. The staff is very Polite, kind and always helpful. Mr Lal bahadur and Tingwang from the restaurant made our stay very comfortable. The resort offers fun activities and a nature walks. The food is good however needs a little more elaborate menu for vegetarians. Overall a happy experience and looking forward to a functional bar and spa soon at ayatana. I recommend ayatana for spending a holiday with your loved ones.

Bliss with Nature, Excellent Property. Friendly Staff, Good food and Temperature control Pool added best Experience. Hope I will have full fledge with Amenities on my next visit. Will definitely plan again for a couple of days Thank you Rizwan for all the support
