Tsuganoki

During my holiday in Japan I wanted to stay in a traditional Japanese hotel and found it here . On arrival I was met outside the hotel by a staff member who welcomed me and brought me into the lobby and introduced me to the reception staff who booked me in and informed me about the public bath and coffee bar area and told me about the hotel . I was then taken up to my room/apartment and showed around the apartment. I was taken back with the size of my room which was clean and very comfortable and soon got ready to go down for dinner . On entering the dining room I was taken to my table and my meal was explained to me as this was a traditional Japanese meal which I really enjoyed. Breakfast was fantastic with an assortment of dishes . I can not thank the staff enough for making my stay a very enjoyable experience, especially the lady who looked after me in the dining room. I felt I got 100% customer care and my stay at a traditional Japanese hotel was made all the enjoyable. On leaving the hotel all the staff came to see me off and wished me all the best for the rest of my holiday. Thank you.

夫婦で宿泊しました。到着時は何人かのスタッフさんに笑顔で、お出迎えを頂きました。 丁寧な言葉遣いでした。 私たちの担当の高知県出身の女性のスタッフさんは気さくな方で 気配りもでき楽しく会話をさせて頂きました。 夕食時の料理の説明も分かりやすく味も本当に美味しかったです。 お部屋も綺麗にされてありましたし温泉も広くはあ。ませんが清潔に保たれていました。 翌日のチェックアウトの日は担当のスタッフさんと、お会い出来なかったのが残念でしたが再度こちらに旅行に来たときは、また利用したいと思っています。 高知県出身のスタッフさんに宜しくお伝え下さい。 楽しい一時をありがとうございました。
