The hotel overall is great for the price paid, and service was excellent especially from the Vietnamese girl at the front desk who speaks English AND Japanese fluently. Even Japanese guests thought she was Jap. Haha. However, the company could do with hiring a bit more staff as there are things that need a bit more attention and some repairs needed in the room. That being said, the rooms are huge! The outdoor onsen was also colder than expected (although this is explained during check in) and is best in the morning.

When sitting in the lobby area, you can enjoy the snow view of the garden. The food and service are up to standard. But the most disappointing part is that the onsen water in the room was not hot at all, I had to pour hot water to make it warm.

Location:- The hotel is walking distance from train station and although bus is irregular, it is manageable. There is a small (super friendly) convenient store & restaurants near the hotel.
Hotel Food - expensive but top Japanese quality
Hotel Service - Superb.. ***** definitely 5 stars. I misplaced my phone and despite its late (almost 10pm), they helped me to search, even outside of the hotel., and in the end found it blocked by (under) my open suite case (i was packing to check out next day).. very embarrassing for me 😅😅.. so I really grateful for their patience and going out all the way to help me 🙏🙏

Location : not many shops or restaurants nearby, need to drive 20 mins to the town of 鬼怒川
Facilities : indoor onsen water is super hot, no electric doors when I return hotel around 20:00, Wi-Fi in the room is quite weak， water leakage in the toilet of the room
Services: front desk old woman can’t speak English as expected but bad attitude, no smile at all. She did not even try to offer any assistance when I ask her to help me to give a call to car rental shop

โรงแรมแรมเงียบ สงบ ถ้า ได้ิพักที่นี้ จะ/ด้พักผ่อนเต็มที่ ใกล้ๆๆมีน้านอาหารอร่อย ไก่ ทอด อร่อยมาก ห่องกว้าง ขนาเนี้หลับสบาย มีอยู่วัยนึง ฝนตกทิ้งทุกแผลนนอนอยู่ห้อง มีความสุขสุดๆๆ

前台和早晚餐都是同一位能説英語的員工接待，不會日語溝通也很順利。旅館設施有年頭了，但打掃得一塵不染。榻榻米和羽絨被都非常舒適, 一夜好眠。早晚餐也都非常豐富，這個價位的温泉酒店性價比沒得説。出門步行5分鐘就能到峽谷邊，鬼怒川上游，看到了一點點櫻花在。

很安靜的地方 離車站很近 步行7/8分鐘 就是房間裏有一些小的硬殼蟲 榻榻米睡的很舒服 但爬起來有點不方便 希望有非榻榻米房間 這裏車次不多 出行一定要事先查好火車時刻

一人での宿泊でした。宿泊と温泉、お食事を楽しむのでしたら、十分な旅館だと思います。お風呂にはサウナはありません。食事は予約を入れないと用意してくれません。ただ、私からしたら、余計な設備や施設が無いので、ゆったりした時間を過ごすのに十分な施設だと思います。お部屋も広くてきれいです。ホテルの方も大変にフレンドリーです。お食事も、十分に満喫できました。また泊まってみたいと思う旅館です。

I stayed there by myself. If you want to enjoy a stay, hot spring and meals, I think it is a good ryokan. There is no sauna in the bath. Meals are not prepared unless you make a reservation. However, from my point of view, there are no unnecessary facilities, so I think it is a place that is sufficient to spend a relaxing time. The room is also spacious and clean. The hotel staff are also very friendly. I was also able to fully enjoy the meals. It is a ryokan that I would like to stay at again.
