The hotel is a good choice for small group of traveller. I am impressed by the low price and excellent hygiene of this hotel. The view is panoramic to the harbor. However, the air-conditioner sometimes does not work and we have to call the front desk to turn on the cooling for the room every other day. There is no gym room or facilities in the hotel except the lower floors of the building is indeed a famous art museum and exhibition or some sort. It could be interesting to visit the museum. Hotel in Japan seldom comes with gym facilities so I am not too annoyed by that.

Location was a little far out from the JR station. Shopping district was about 15-20mins walk from the hotel. However, there is a nearby bus stop with is quite convenient should you want to take the bus. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable and a great port view.

The hotel is not located in the city centre. There are no shops around. Thus the hotel provides a convenient way for drive in and out. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable with a fantastic city views. The comforter is so soft , light and comfortable. The reception staff are polite and helpful to carry all our luggages to our room.

The hotel is well maintained, rooms were clean and neat. There’s no amenities around the hotel, will need to walk ~20 mins or take a bus ride out.

家族旅行で一泊しました。喫煙2部屋予約。チェックインの際、子どもを気遣ってくれて、1部屋を禁煙にかえてくださいました！しかも、ツインにアップグレードしていただき、私も子どもも感激しました！夫はのんびり喫煙でき、私たちも気持ち良くホテルで過ごすことができました！清掃も行き届いていたし、ホスピタリティといい、さすが日航さんだなと！また泊まりたいです！

這邊的景色很不錯，可以看到整個新潟市和海，房間比市區的大很多裡面還有小桌子和椅子可以坐著看景色，每層都有製冰機和飲料販賣機，是一個中規中矩的飯店，飯店離車站很遠要搭公車才會到不然走路會很久且半夜肚子餓的話周圍沒東西可以吃，最近的便利商店也要走10分鐘，大致上沒什麼好挑惕的。

鏡面仕上げのエレベーターもおしゃれで、部屋ではお水のサービスがあって、複数のUSB接続が出来て充電に便利で、良かったです。

デラックスルームで、大人３人、子供１人11歳で予約しました。ベッドを１つ多く持ってきて下さり、アメニティも、４人分で‥とお願いしてありました。バスタオルとフェイスタオルが３組しかなかったのでお願いした所、とても気持ちよく対応していただき、早く届けて下さいました。 家族で行く、とても思い出の１つだったので、とても満足してます。 すぐ行ける距離じゃないから、とても気持ち良く２泊出来ました。

酒店房間比較大，窗外風景不錯。門口有去新潟站的巴士。因為是公務出差沒有在酒店外吃飯。早餐一般中規中矩。價格比較好。

니가타 역에서는 도보로 20분 정도 소요되어서 버스 이용 가능한 분들이면 추천해요. 셔틀이 따로 운행하고 있진 않은데, 버스 정류장은 길건너에 바로 있고 피아반다이 마켓까지는 도보로 10분 정도라 유명한 벤키 스시집에 걸어서 다녀왔어요~ 반다이시티나 니가타역 이동은 버스 이용하면 편했구요~ 깨끗한 시설에 스탭분들 서비스도 너무 좋았어요~ 근처 맛집이 많아서 식사는 호텔에서 하진 않았어요. 방에서 보이는 시나노가와와 바다는 너무 멋졌어요~ 낮엔 더워서 에어컨 틀어놓고 있었고, 밤이 되니 멋진 야경에 흠뻑 취했네요~ 31층 전망대에서 보는 풍경은 또 달라서 잠깐 들러서 사진 잔뜩 찍었어요 ^^ 싱글룸도 욕실이 넓은 편이고 침대도 넓어서 편안한 시간 보냈습니다 니가타 갈땐 계속 이용할거 같아요~

地理位置離市中心不遠，打車很容易。酒店頂樓有展望室，看看新瀉風景也是個不錯的選擇。房間還不錯，符合日航酒店一貫的水準。

Hotel lobby在三樓，住房在25樓往上，check in的時候不要忘記走錯了，住的是靠海一側，每天早起都可以看到大海，酒店早飯都是西式的，有咖喱米飯還不錯，其他都吃不太習慣，沒有豆漿，牛奶橙汁都是冰的，酒店的牙刷超級硬，刷的牙疼，房間比較小，但夠一個人住了，也可以泡澡，每天提供兩瓶純凈水。
