Questa è stata una grande esperienza incredibilmente grande! Tutto su questo hotel è sorprendente. Amazing design di camere e colori, lussuoso in ogni modo. Cose molto tecnologiche. Molto ben isolato dal rumore stradale. Il personale della ricezione senza eccezione era tutto tipo, incredibilmente utile e gioioso, e sono stato semplicemente grande e io le ringrazio per essere così belli e con il più brillante atteggiamento. L'hotel è ben situato a pochi passi dalle attrazioni più interessanti di Nicosia. Uno dei miei problemi è che la porta della stanza non ha un manico, è un bel design, ma se la porta non si chiude da sola, è difficile chiudere manualmente dall'esterno

From parking crisis to restricted restaurant access it wasn't worth staying even one hour in this hotel. Merit Gardens and Merit Lefkoşa are both in the same low quality category for tourists in Trnc. I thought that my experience at Merit Gardens was bad because of the location so I decided to give Merit Lefkoşa a chance. It is impossible to even valet your car in front of the hotel entrance since it's on a main road and cars are already double-parked there. I drove to the backside parking and they said I am not allowed to park there, then again they shewed me off at the ****** parking. From this point on I didn't feel welcome. I was hungry so I went upstairs to the advertised 'Kebab Restaurant', the employee told me that I am not allowed to enter the restaurant without a reservation. Then when I said I am a guest in room 614 he said it doesn't matter if I am a guest or not. I couldn't even go into the restaurant to see what it looks like. When my Turkish friend came he complained to the reception and they allowed us to go upstairs and see the restaurant. Omg it was an absolute shack. The BBQ is located inside a very smokey and smelly (foot smell) dining area. It was very small and claustrophobic. You would think that a hotel like this would have a rooftop open air restaurant. The kebab house is the exact opposite, dark, smelly, smokey and dull. I'm glad they didn't let me in. The decor and furniture is outdated, looks like they just forgot about renovation or furniture repairs since the 90's. I went downstairs and got a nice bloody Mary at the lobby garden bar. Gökhan at the garden bar was a nice server. There is a pregnant cat and another cat who newly gave birth to kittens. I asked the servers why they don't have the cats sterilized and they said something like they don't believe in sterilization and it's up to God to decide. In the morning I called room service and they said room service doesn't work until 12:00 noon. I do not consider this a 5 star hotel and I do not recommend it for travelers period.

Unfortunately, even though the rooms were relatively good in terms of cleanliness, comfort and size, the hospitality was not up to standard. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, a group of 40 people for the purposes of the conference. The reception was very rude treating us like we were not paying clients even though we had booked a number of rooms, often saying that the ‘clients’ have been complaining. 12 people were refused to use the lobby at 10 pm saying that it was closed. There was no sign saying so and we were never informed of any such policy. Instead of being welcomed at the premises, we were treated as if the hotel was doing us a favour by allowing us to stay there. At the same time, the very same receptionist was either sleeping during working hours making us believe that he was the one being disturbed or was watching very loudly videos on his phone. Another receptionist was talking on the phone and was screaming. Overall the professionalism of the staff compromised the facilities of the hotel.

Stayed one night. Well located within walking distance of the major sites. Minimal noise from outside. Thin walls - one can hear conversations from other rooms, but fortunately it died down after hours. Clean, reasonably spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Amenities included electric kettle with coffee and tea, and mini fridge. Sufficient number of power outlets, although none by the bed. Tiny bathroom and shower cabin with no shelf space. Good water pressure in the shower. There is one step between bedroom and bathroom, which can be a hazard. Good wifi. Breakfast with good selection. Very helpful and friendly staff (they allowed me to check in at 10:00 without charging extra). Overall a very good value for the price.

Questa era una buona ostello, aveva una camera singola, una grande stanza, pulita e molto bello, ci erano doppie porte aperte intorno al balcone. La posizione era ok, fuori dalle vecchie mura della città, a 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare a loro. È in una zona residenziale, c'è una buona pasticceria 24 ore poche porte, ma altrimenti non ci sono altri negozi o ristoranti vicino: solo in basso c'era rumore, se la gente parla in sala fuori della vostra stanza si può sentirlo dentro la stanza come non c'è nessuna porta aperta. C'è una finestra sopra la porta e se qualcuno accende la luce nella hall, brilla proprio nella stanza e non c'è molto che si può fare.
