"Molto buon servizio! Il personale è gentile, è come fanno la differenza. Pensavo fosse troppo costoso, ma è del tutto giustificabile.
Il cibo è buono e veloce, abbiamo goduto molto con il servizio di Victoria.
Anche i giochi d'arcade sono stati divertenti!Grazie a Thomas.

"Room was good, clean and affordable.
We expected that we were supposed to be booked on Days inn(nearer on Niagara falls) not Days inn and suite. It was 2 different locations but the concierge didn't inform us or maybe the hotel details in the trip app is wrong.
Also, we originally booked a 1 bed queen room and we were given a 2 bed queen room."

"Il lavoro interno è in corso, sia nuovo che aggiornato.Non ho un ristorante, non posso chiedere colazione.
Sono arrivato alle formalità di imbarco prima delle 16:00, quindi quando ho chiesto di immagazzinare il bagaglio, mi ha portato nella stanza pronta.La stanza è il minimo, ma molto ricco. Puoi andare in città, quindi è abbastanza per coloro che vogliono giocare."

"The waterpark is linked to the hotel with a glass corridor which makes it so convenient. The hotel has a courtyard for people gathering and will have movie playing at every night. The room is clean in general and it is recommended."

"My room is very spacious and clean. The hotel location is closed to Cliffton Hill, downtown Niagra Falls. The only downside for the room is not soundproofed, noises are clearly audible from adjacent room and hallway. This had interrupted my sleep and got me woke up at midnight several times as well as early morning."

"L'edificio e le camere sono storiche, ma l'hardware è aggiornato. La nostra stanza è al secondo piano e ci è un ascensore per spostare le valigie. L'area comune è classica e i mobili sono ben mantenuti. La posizione è grande, solo un 10-15 minuti di auto per la zona Clifton Hill e Falls. Ultimamente, non meno importante, i colazione sono FAB! Fab a casa ma qualità dell'hotel! Speriamo entrambi che possiamo tornare durante l'ora estiva."

LLaneyLDopo aver trascorso due notti in una camera Partial Fallsview ho prenotato l'American Fallsview per una terza notte e che differenza! Questa stanza è molto più grande, più bella, ha una vista migliore ed è più silenziosa. Ho trascorso la giornata presso la piscina sul tetto, che era super affollata ma molto carina. Le bevande sono decisamente troppo care ma nel complesso è stata un'esperienza incantevole.

The only issue we had was we asked for an extra half hr for check out and they said no problem but they came knocking on the door twice . Other then that it was a very pleasant stay I suggest it to everyone

GgojensengoAveva una breve porta a Niagara Falls da Toronto e deciso di rimanere nel Radisson, poiché è uno dei molti hotel che forniscono la vista delle cadute dalla stanza.
Controlla e controlla che siamo puliti e efficienti in tempo. La stanza era pulita e accogliente con una bella vista sulle cadute dei cavalli.
La posizione era grande. 20 minuti a piedi fino alla caduta o 5 minuti con il treno inclinato che è vicino.

RroiberadorMy family went to Niagara Falls to celebrate my 20 years anniversary with my wife. Room was good. It allowed 3 adults and 2 children. The place is just 15-20 mins away from the falls. Everthing was good, staff is so good. the only thing that we suggest is place a kettle in the room for hot water, toothbrush/toothpaste and sandals/slippers that we can use while in the room. They actually have hot water and free coffee and tea at the front desk. They also have a microwave for heating food. Overall, it was amazing! Thank you Days Inn.

BBrandi ClairThe bathroom was a bit tight, but the building was constructed in 1929, so that can be understood. The bathroom could use a little updating, though, as the wallpaper is old and quite unattractive, and the three-tier shelf was missing one of the glass shelf pieces (and with a bathroom that small, you need all the space you can get!). Aside from that, the room was a decent size, and the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable. We prefer scratchy towels, and the ones we had in our room were the most scratchy towels that we've ever received at a hotel, so that is a plus. Additionally, all of the staff were quite friendly, and the building/property were kept clean and tidy, even with as busy as it was when we stayed (during peak season). If you're looking to be near all of the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill, and don't mind a healthy stroll to the Falls, the Crowne Plaza is a nice place to stay. Just be sure not to pass the entrance for the parking lot on Falls Avenue, as it looks just like the sidewalk, and not like a driveway (it's immediately past the small ”Crowne Plaza” sign)!

KKian EngLe aree comuni dell'hotel e i suoi processi sembrano piuttosto date, ma in generale è ancora una piacevole soggiorno in generale. Pulizia, spaziosa, moderno e tranquilla camera. Buona vista delle Falls di Niagara, sia al lobby ascensore che al ristorante/caffè. Le tolette sono fornite, insieme a shampoo, condizionatore, lozione, e sapone corpo. Dotate di bagno (acqua calda istantanea per doccia/bagno), TV, frigorifero, ferro, asciugacapelli, e caffè. Soccette di potenza ampia e buon air-con / riscaldatore. Buone strutture con piscina e palestra, e centro commerciale (desktop vicino al lobby). Parcheggio disponibile a pagamento, anche se costoso. Ha Starbucks e negozio di souvenir al lobby. Offre campionamento gratuito di vino / birra e carte di trasporto di autobus WeGo per la vista.

Quando ho guardato le foto dell'hotel, è stato mostrato e illustrato come avere un ristorante con grandi viste sulle Falls di Niagara. L'hotel non ha queste immagini da un altro posto. L'hotel è stato un prezzo decente e molto pulito. Ci siamo entrati a circa 10:00 e quando siamo arrivati nella nostra stanza e il mio amico andò a usare la camera da letto la porta è uscito un pendente ... l'ha fatto sistemare il giorno dopo, ma la ricezione non ha risposto al telefono nemmeno nel numero di ore dopo. La colazione era buona, ma la zona di colazione è vicino alla piscina, così puzza di cloro.Hanno immagazzinato il nostro bagaglio, ma non era molto sicuro, era proprio dietro il desk dove, se qualcuno volesse, potrebbero facilmente arrivare ai bagagli. Altrimenti, la maggior parte delle cose erano a 10 minuti a piedi, l'hotel aveva un sacco di fogli disponibili per le attività locali.

Aaman ugiVery good location for a low budget hotel. Beds are very old to the point that mattresses are sinking. Some rooms have strong smoke smell and others in the bottom floors are very dated.
I enjoyed very much the small pool since it was low season and I was able to use it with no crowd. Nice water temperature.
Don’t expect any Falls view, it’s only a name attached to the area, you have to walk or use a very convenient bus that stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you to the falls view area very conveniently and cheap, great for elders and people with mobility challenges
Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and stay

UUtente ospiteI booked a King-size bed suite for Labor Day weekend from here and then read so many negative comments about it (well I normally read the reviews before booking a stay but this time was a last minute booking and I found a good deal with only a couple suites left so I booked it right away), so I was worried.
As many reviewers wrote the line to check-in was long (it was 3:45pm when we got there), yet there was a note saying they are currently updating the system/software, and the manager did come out and apologized for the wait by saying she was short of staff. Also, before Starbucks closed the staff made some ice capp (sample size) for the line. Both the manager came out addressing the wait and the coffee were nice gestures. Throughout the 20 mins wait I did see a few transaction problems with credit cards not going through and booking issues from specific booking sites. When it was our turn, the guy who served us did not greet us but only asked for my last name and then told me there was a parking fee and resort fee, and told me 2 times that there would be a $150 deposit, which I knew beforehand, and then asked me to sign. From the indifferent facial expression on the 3 check-in staff I could tell they had a long (and possibly rough) day enduring the frustration from the technical issues and customers who might have bias from reading negative reviews before coming. While I am a customer expecting good customer service, believing they should portrait the expected professionalism, that includes at least a decent greeting and smile which I can normally get from a cashier at a supermarket, I would lower my expectation this time to not let anything affect my mood with my loved one for this stay. Maybe I had expected worse, but honestly this was actually not bad at all. (On our way up we came across 2 cleaning ladies who greeted us with smiles)
So we got a suite on the top floor - I must say it is super clean and pleasant! The toilet tank has a little leak to the bowl so there is a small ongoing water sound but that is the only imperfect thing inside the suite. I am very pleased with the room.
I read before about someone drank the bottled water and got charged, there's actually a price tag/note on the bottle. So to be fair people need to read for what is communicated to you.
To make the resort fee well spent I had a swim before it closed (although it is expensive to pay $20 for a swim and it is hard to agree with such ”resort fee”). Again, it was clean and pleasant. The water wasn't warm enough for small kids as I saw some could only stay for a few minutes then left, so it was good for real swimmers like us who could enjoy a small-kids-free swim time.
Many booking sites said there is a sauna room but we couldn't find one, the staff at the reception said he didn't know there is one, and we caught another staff near the pool and asked and he said many years ago there was one but not anymore.
The daily specials at the restaurant Don Cherry and the breakfast menu are costing nothing more than any other entry level restaurants/chain eateries nearby so I think it is good and convenient to just dine in downstairs, especially on rainy days.
So I am writing this to provide a more balanced view. I believe many who think their expectations unmet would vent by writing a bad review, and I do believe bad experiences do happen, yet at the same time most won't care to share their experiences if things are fine and okay. For me, after reading so many negative comments I feel that I can give my honest review to show the other side of the coin - This is only fair for the hotel and the staff who did do a great job, like the staff, Eva, who cleaned our room, and those who stock the pool with clean towels and keep the area clean :-)
(My deposit was clear upon check-out, unlike some reviewers wrote that they did not get back the money after a week)
