I stayed for one night was charged. For two would like someone to contact me about refund

Hotel was more of a motel not very clean. Everything very old. Shower was falling apart

Checked in and television had no reception. Called the frint desk. Desk clerk came to room to reset tv. Nothing worked. First night in hotel and no TV was very unsatisfactory. Clerk said he couldnt do anything to resolve. Television reception was ok the next day. Was not compensated in anyway. Will not be staying there again

Rooms are designed to be easy to clean, with special design touches for the traveller: place to hang clothes is close at hand together with ironing board and iron; floor is clean (and easy to clean); washroom is clean, and well -arranged elements. Comfortable, well-maintained units and facility. Would not hesitate to come back, and also recommend it to others.

This was not my first choice. Due to the Rainbow Bridge closure, I had to cancel my original reservation in St. Catharines and make a reservation here.
I chose this property because it was relatively close to the Falls. Our room, unfortunately, was not clean and the building in general was very noisy.

Just needed a quick one night inexpensive stay near Niagara Falls. SangLana the night desk employee was very nice and helpful. Sangeeta the manager was Excellent!
There should be at least 2 people working to ensure the safety of the staff!

The hotel itself was okay. But we found that the room was not very clean. There was garbage left behind and the ice bucket had garbage in it as well. The location was great. But most likely will not be staying at the hotel again.

No issues with the stay. Off season so very quiet.
