Hotel in zona Sao Biển Island, Nha Trang

We visited this property earlier this year and were so impressed we returned with our elderly parents. It is a newly built & modern property with exceptional service. I made a mistake with my booking and the staff & management were exceptionally accommodating. The property is located close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants & close to large shopping complex

Il resort era bellissimo. Ci sono state goduto la piscina e la spiaggia, così come il buffet per colazione. Tuttavia, si sentiva un po' troppo isolato, perché ci voleva un po' per arrivare al continente, e non c'era posto per comprare cibo e bevande che non erano a prezzi inflati. Sarebbe stato bello poter portare dei snack per i bambini. La spiaggia era molto pulita, e i bambini amavano il parco acquatico. Era il miglior parco acqua che abbiamo passato in Asia finora, con molte diverse scivoli acquatici. Il cibo al parco era buono, ma l'ATM non funzionava, quindi non potevo guadagnare soldi per comprare molto. Assicurati di guadagnare soldi prima di andare sull'isola.

Venite a questo hotel nell'aprile 2023. Venite all'hotel alle 10:00 , ha detto l'alloggio alle 2:00, camminato, arrivato alle 2:00, ha dato una stanza sul 6° piano . La stanza ha un tavolo da tè,2 bottiglie d'acqua,2 pacchetti di tè verde e 2 pacchetti di caffè con latte, riempito ogni giorno.C'è un ventilatore, gel da doccia, shampoo, sapone liquido, macchina da barba con crema, Guarda le stick, il cappello dell'anima.Qui nelle recensioni si scrive che prendono 10.000 cani per un cambio di tovaglioli, non è, cambia liberamente, ma alla fine della gara cominciò a dire che le tovaglioli non cambieranno perché il loro tipo non è e per usare ciò che sono.Cleaned ogni giorno.Works Russian canale 1.The Il cibo nel ristorante non è così diverso come abbiamo visto il video di altri utenti, ma non abbiamo avuto fame.C'era zuppa di fo, uova, riso, talvolta spaghetti con carne, talvolta springrolls, che si sono concluse rapidamente, patate da pipistrello cotte, Cabagna con verdure, tè, caffè, frutta non era più di 2 specie. carote, banane, occhi del drago, guava. La sua posizione migliore e il personale benvenuto hanno reso il nostro soggiorno veramente piacevole. Il colazione, anche se deliziosa, potrebbe essere influito a volte. Tuttavia, l'esperienza complessiva è stata eccellente. L'hotel offre un buon valore per i soldi.

Tutto era buono. Posizione, piscina, colazione. Tranne due cose. Prima.Puoi controllare non prima delle due. Arriviamo alle sette, perché avevamo un aereo notturno. Căn hộ thật sự rất tiện nghi, vị trí n*** trung tâm và biển. Nội thất còn khá mới, phòng được vệ sinh rất sạch sẽ. Uy tín. Sẽ quay lại vào tháng sau khi công tác Nha Trang

Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3

Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. The hotel is at the heart of Nha Trang city, Infront of public beach. The beach is crowded in early morning and late afternoon, when there is no more sun. The breakfast is quite good, with mix of western, chinese and vietnamese food types, but not a big spread.
