Hotel a Nha Trang

"The hotel facilities and proximity to the beach were amazing. Breakfast delicious and rooms spacious and inviting for families with children. As written in other reviews, the hotel only provided 9 beach umbrellas with seats and they were mostly taken by other guests, meaning that we often had to pay for other seats despite being Havana guests. We wouldn't stay here again for one big reason of noise. The paradise club opposite Havana totally ruins this hotel. It has live singing until past midnight, and the club itself doesn't close until 2.30am. The pool looked fantastic in the photos but in reality it was windy on the 5th floor and the water was cold. We found the beach water so much warmer."

"Tutto andava bene. posizione. facilità. Pulizia. gentilezza. Tutti i servizi erano buoni. Ma non potevo aprire la finestra della stanza. Era difficile ventilare la stanza e, poiché non potevo aprire la porta, mi faceva male la gola perché era secca. Se vai, sarebbe utile portare un umidificatore e accenderlo. Siamo rimasti lì ed era asciutto, quindi i nostri bronchi erano un po' a disagio. Davvero, tutto il personale è gentile e risponde rapidamente quando chiedi aiuto. "La posizione dell'hotel è davvero conveniente. Molti piatti, centri di massaggio, mini marzo vicino. La camera viene anche con splendida vista sul mare, con sollevamento del sole al 5.30am di mattina. Grande ospitità dall'hotel. Molti servizi molto bello! Adorate la decorazione d'anniversario fornita dall'hotel. Grazie per l'impegno di Panama!"

"The resort was awesome! I chose the ocean view villa for 6. The villa was so big with 3 independent bathrooms and 2 of them had bathing tubs. I thought the little path in the villa could reach to the beach directly but found that it reached to a trail that you could walk to somewhere else. But it was really an ocean view. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner in the restaurant that the food & drinks were delicious and looked decent! The prices are reasonable to us. All the staff were nice and can speak in fluent English. We also enjoyed a free tea set at the Ocean Bar. It is only available from 15:00-16:00 so guests have to take time to enjoy it after check-in at 14:00. Also, the “beauty” body massage was great too. The masseur massaged in a Vietnamese style with moderate intensity. But it was quite full in schedule so guests are suggested making a reservation earlier by walk-in. Because phone calls are always user busy. I was surprised that Amiana put a birthday cake in the villa after I came back from the beach. It was lovely! The golf cart came fast to take us from the room every time & it only took a few minutes to the resort lobby. We should have stayed here for 2 nights instead of 1 night so we could have enough time to enjoy all facilities. When I checked out trying to call a Grab to the airport, there was no drivers available. But luckily the receptionist helped us to call a taxi. In general, I had a very good experience In Amiana and would highly recommend it!"

"Had booked another hotel close to Melia, which didn't like at all, and started searching for another one, thankfully was lucky to go in and ask the staff to the reception of Melia, which by the way were very polite, helpful, professional service, I could understand that am going to have a perfect 8 days stay at this amazing place just by taking to the staff members, and didn't disappointed a bit The rooms are perfect, spacious enough, very good service, very clean, just how a 5 star hotel should be Visited the Spa, I think around 5 times.. The prices are similar with around the city, but the facilities are ten times better, and the best service i had ever experienced from the host , Kim and the therapist Duyen, ( hope got right the names 😀) Overall , was just a joy and very relaxing with very good memories at this property, definitely will try this brand another places as well My best wishes to the whole team and staff members ❤️"

"This hotel was absolutely incredible.  We stayed in the ocean suite and it was honestly one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. The service was always attentive. The location is perfect. Right in the heart of Nha Trang. It does get noisy at night, so just be mindful of that."

"2025.5.4~5.9~8° piano~Camera Executive Baby King~Vista oceano~Prenotata a ₩475.972 su Trip Balcone frontale. La vista sull'oceano è un grande vantaggio di questa camera. Al check-in vengono fornite 2 chiavi della camera e buoni per la colazione. E le condizioni della camera erano leggermente migliori. ~2 accappatoi. 2 asciugamani grandi. 2 asciugamani piccoli. 2 fazzoletti. Shampoo. Shampoo per il corpo. Asciugacapelli. Ferro da stiro. Caffettiera. 2 bottiglie d'acqua gratuite. C'è un balcone. L'aria condizionata è impostata a 22 gradi, quindi non è più regolabile, ma era fresca. Il bagno era pulito. La pressione dell'acqua della doccia era buona. La posizione è tranquilla e non rumorosa. La spiaggia è proprio di fronte all'hotel, quindi è ideale per una passeggiata. C'è un minimarket aperto 24 ore su 24 intorno all'hotel, quindi è comodo. Ci sono due Lotte Mart a Nha Trang. Dei due, il Lotte Mart Gold Coast è il più vicino. 25.000~30.000 VND in taxi. Highland Coffee Shop al primo piano dell'edificio dell'hotel. C'è anche un buon ristorante di fronte all'hotel. C'è un piccolo mercato notturno a circa 5 minuti a piedi. L'unico rammarico di questo hotel è che le condizioni di pulizia (camera, balcone, cuscino della sedia del balcone) non erano ottimali, quindi è stato scomodo durante il mio soggiorno. C'è un appendiabiti sul balcone, ma è piccolo. E la chiave continuava a non funzionare correttamente ogni volta che aprivo la porta, quindi è stato fastidioso dover provare 3~4 volte per aprirla. La colazione è stata deludente rispetto al prezzo dell'hotel. Non solo la varietà, ma ● Hanno ripulito tutto il cibo 30 minuti prima della chiusura della colazione. Metodi incomprensibili~ Sono rimasto molto offeso dai metodi scandalosi utilizzati dagli ospiti mentre mangiavano Questa parte non può essere considerata un sistema alberghiero a 5 stelle● Il sapore della colazione è da 2 stelle e mezzo~~ C'è kimchi di cipollotto, kimchi di cavolo e kimchi di cetriolo La cordialità del personale è molto soddisfacente È comodo perché c'è un membro del personale che parla un po' di coreano E c'è un'agenzia di viaggi al primo piano, quindi l'ho usata comodamente a un prezzo ragionevole per tour di un giorno e trasferimenti in taxi dall'aeroporto La prossima volta che userò la vista sull'oceano, non userò la fila all'ottavo piano... L'uomo nella stanza accanto alla mia era nella mia stessa situazione~A causa dell'errore nella chiave Se li informi in anticipo al momento del check-out, ti faranno il check-out con 1 ora e 30 minuti di ritardo."

"Absolutely wonderful stay – paradise found! We stayed at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang and honestly, it was an unforgettable experience. Everything here was simply perfect, from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming — they made us feel like cherished guests every single day. The beach is breathtaking: soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, plenty of sunbeds and fresh towels always available. Truly a dream setting. Our room was spotlessly clean, with fresh white linen and a super comfortable mattress. Housekeeping did an amazing job. And the view from our balcony… just wow. I could have stayed there for hours just admiring the peaceful beauty of the sea.
