Hotel in zona Gooseberry Beach, Newport

La mia famiglia e io abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno al Vanderbilt. Mi dispiace solo che non ci siamo fermati più. Amiamo il modo in cui l'hotel e la nostra stanza erano decorate. Il personale era tutto ottimo, soprattutto Elizabeth. Andare sopra e oltre per ospitare la mia famiglia e farci sentire speciale e curare. Se ritorniamo a Newport, saremmo sicuramente tornati alla Vanderbilt. Grazie per il vostro splendido soggiorno

Booked a last-minute beach cottage getaway and couldn’t have had a more relaxing or better escape. Beautiful waterfront cottage, breathtaking views and treated like royalty by everyone we encountered. No lunch reservations on arrival when they’re fully booked? No problem if you’re an overnight guest, as they’ll escort you to a premium table in the patio section reserved for hotel guests. Want breakfast on the deck of your cottage? It’s delivered piping hot precisely when you requested. Want to relax on their private beach? A friendly attendant sets up your covered lounge chairs, side table, umbrella and towels exactly where you want them, and brings you water and frozen grapes. Want to slip into town for a bite or shopping? Hop on the launch at their marina, and the captain will point out key sites along the way. Lunch and breakfast offerings were interesting and well-presented. If you can, make time for the included afternoon tea with freshly baked treats and tea sandwiches served in a cozy wood-panelled room off the lobby. Thoughtful amenities in the cottage included a dimmable light, umbrellas, heated bathroom floor, a deep soaking tub, a charging station, a small refrigerator stocked with free water (plus a split of champagne, wine, etc. for purchase), etc., and there’s turndown service with chocolates. Storage for clothing was rather limited if you’re planning an extended stay, but no problem for us. We come to Newport often so spent virtually all our time at Castle Hill. Loved every minute and will return.

Non sempre così generoso con le mie stelle, ma grazie alla GM Par Excellence Kaynisha abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno per il matrimonio di nostro cugino! Da check-in all' check-out, Kaynisha (e il suo personale) ha reso la nostra esperienza insensibile. Le camere erano pulite e ben messe; il colazione non era finita finché non tutti quelli che arrivavano erano soddisfatti. Non avevo mai visto un buffet per colazione riempito in tempo di chiusura! Kaynisha è una ”locale” e una fonte di grande informazione; ha puntato mio marito e io a un grande posto per mani/pedi (infatti, il mio mani gel francese è ancora intatto più di due settimane dopo! Kaynisha è stata a questa proprietà da molto tempo e ha un'esperienza diretta in quasi tutti gli aspetti dell'operazione dell'hotel - non c'è da meravigliarsi che lei sappia solo cosa fare e cosa gli ospiti apprezzano. Questa è stata una grande scelta per la famiglia: un buon hotel, un buon personale, buone scelte per la colazione, una tazza di caffè senza fine ogni volta che avete bisogno di una e accessibile a Newport. Prova!

Grande posizione (Applebee's right next door!). Era molto pulito -- non è qualcosa che posso dire per la maggior parte degli hotel dopo la pandemia. La colazione era buona e l'hotel era facile da navigare. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui se fossi mai tornato sull'isola di Aquidneck.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per 35 giorni consecutivi mentre sono andato a un corso presso la base militare locale. Questo hotel è fantastico. È conveniente, situato vicino a tutto, e molto pulito. Il loro bar di colazione gratuito è secondario a nessuno. Inoltre, il cameriere del front desk, Tonie se n'è andato per assicurarmi che io avessi un check-out tardivo dopo che il mio volo di partenza programmato era ritardato fino alle 8:00. Non posso ringraziarla abbastanza per farlo. Se torno a Newport, resterò qui!!
