Hotel con parcheggio a Newbury

Abbiamo già visitato questo hotel, ma questa volta abbiamo visto un segno che la nuoto inciderà su 5 pp. Mi è stato ritenuto che non mi fosse stato consigliato, come il ricevitore ha detto che questa nuova politica si è svolta due settimane fa. Ma quando siamo andati alla piscina, il cameriere ci ha detto che se hai prenotato da un altro fornitore (trip.com ecc) hai un passaggio complimentare alla piscina. Se solo sapessimo il primo giorno. Ma davvero felice in generale.

Rooms needed a bit of tlc, painting general maintenance. We only booked 2 nights but decoded to stay for additional 2, but room we were in was booked out. Was kindly offered a third off price of better quality accommodation

Sono appena tornato da una 2 notti. 3 giri di golf all'Hotel e Spa Donnington Valley. Eravamo una festa di 20 donne e l'intera esperienza è stata meravigliosa. Le prenotazioni tramite Group Reservations sono state efficaci, amichevole e insensibili (piccoli cose come chiedere le scelte di menu di cena in anticipo e poi mettere le carte con ogni nome e scelta di menu sulla nostra tavola di cena ogni sera, proprio carino). La prenotazione è stata nuovamente efficiente e amichevole. Tutti apprezzavamo la qualità delle camere (letti confortevoli, bellissime bagni) La spa e la palestra sono state usate bene da coloro che hanno abbastanza energia dopo ogni giro di golf! Il ristorante colazione e cena ogni giorno sono stati eccellenti. In tutto ciò non abbiamo potuto colpire l'hotel e ringrazio il personale per averci guardato così bene. Per quanto riguarda il campo da golf stesso ...it non è particolarmente facile, soprattutto il back 9 e molto collina ma era in bella condizione e profondamente piacevole. Abbiamo avuto un tempo così bello che abbiamo intenzione di tornare l'anno prossimo per il nostro viaggio annuale di golf,

I have stayed in this travelodge one night weekly for the past 2 months.. The rooms are of a consistent high standard, very clean and tidy, adequate bedding and towels, TV, kettle, tea/ coffee plus always plenty of hot water for a shower or bath. The rooms are also quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff team are lovely, very friendly, nothing is too much trouble, from the manager to the staff at the desk and the cleaning staff also. If you need a convenient pitstop at a reasonable price I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you team

Perfection location, a couple minutes walk into the town centre. Hotel is located on a well used road and windows are original to the building no sound proofing. Curtains could be thicker to block out street lights if staying in a room at the front of the hotel.

A questo punto di prezzo il miglior hotel che abbiamo mai avuto il piacere di soggiornare in un personale graziosamente efficiente; senza spot e bellamente mantenuto; spazioso; grande camera con soggiorno separato super tranquillo e grande nero-ou, ma davvero ben illuminato - a differenza della maggior parte delle camere ghiacciate dove si deve sedersi nel bar per leggere. Molte bellissime zone di seggiolino e saloni in basso se si vuole socializzare. Grandi strutture ricreative; buona cena molto bene prezzo con generose porzioni e un buon servizio di servizio personale colazione Una vera gemma con un bel ambiente tranquillo Ci era un matrimonio in fondo alle scale, ma in una parte del hotel molto distinta così a meno che non si inconsigliato accidentalmente di tornare dalla palestra non sapreste mai. Molto consigliare e suggerire di contattare l'hotel direttamente per il miglior prezzo sul letto e colazione

We use this Premier inn to visit family after we moved from Newbury to the North East We wanted to do an early check in and was told it was now £15 which I was not prepared to pay when my confirmation EMail said it was still £10. After a phone call to PI they honoured to £10. Returning to the reception the lady (Paula) could not apologise enough that it was a lack of communication handed down from management, she didn’t charge us the £10 and gave us complementary breakfast for our stay. The way Paula dealt with with the problem was very professional and a credit to premier inn. This could have made our decision to return in future a very different story, but we will be returning due to the way Paula handled the miss understanding

We were looking for a spa hotel full board. The reviews for the hotel appeared good. It is not a cheap stay so we expected the best. Generally the stay was great and the spa was very nice except you had to book your 2 hour slot. The meals we good and the service was excellent. Problem was it was only two average size plates of food and anything extra was charged for even bread at £6. I ordered a GnT it was £17 plus a service charge so was in excess of £19. A bit OTT. The room was spacious although very tired. The patio outside had two chairs and a table but the floor was covered in bird poop. The bed base cover was torn and there was no extract in the bathroom. The room definitely needed updating. On receiving our bill by email we noted we were charged over £40 service charge for our dinners. First for us. Would we return - no. The following night we stayed near our family and were in a Young's hotel adjoining there pub in Chertsey. Value for money it was exceptional. A great room with everything one would need an a breakfast with proper coffee and cocktails included all for £125 for 2. Unfortunately no 2 hour spa. Dinner for two £50+. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely hotel .. perfect location right next to the racecourse which is an absolute bonus ! First impressions are important and The Lodge staff were so welcoming, friendly , pleasant and helpful .. nice to see staff who really seem to enjoy their job. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed Bed was very comfy, nice smelling toiletries and fluffy towels . Yes the room was fairly small but no issue . Well stocked bar and pleasant atmosphere and appears to be popular with visitors and local residents alike . We also had a lovely cooked breakfast . We can’t fault The Lodge we had a great time . Thankyou we are planning to return in October .
