Had a 2 night stay whilst we were visiting places in the area.. the room itself was soooo hot. Even with both fans on. We were on the 2nd floor (lift was broken) and it was quite a trek to the outside. But apart from that, it was a really enjoyable stay. We ate both nights in the restaurant, lovely steaks and desserts, staff were happy to accommodate any extras. Special mention to Ivan in the restaurant, he was so lovely, efficient and went above & beyond for us

This is a lovely hotel for an overnight stay. Friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our way to Southampton. The room was very clean and had everything that we required. The only complaint is that the carpark is very dark at night time, because some of the lights are missing.

Stayed for one night. Due to the fact I left booking to the last minute I had to book one of their large double rooms.. it was HUGE, with comfy chairs and a sofa. Comfy bed and a quiet room. All clean and very nice. Chose this hotel as it has a pool, which I used both before dinner and before breakfast. Also enjoyed the sauna. My breakfast and dinner (2 courses) were included,. Breakfast was good (cooked available), although it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit available (as Premier Inn does). Dinner had enough choices, and although nothing particular spectacular it was filling and pretty good. Service also good and staff all very friendly.

I've stayed here 4 times over the last few months, the staff are friendly and attentive, the food is always good although a limited menu, bar service excellent and rooms always clean, I've got to mention Chloe and Emma from the bar and restaurant, worth their weight in gold... Would I stay again... absolutely, its not a 5 star all inclusive but there again its not advertised as such, nice place, nice people, nice food and comfy bed. If you want bathrobes go to Monaco and pay the premium, it's in Thatcham ffs

Not AA four star. Don't stay here. Worst hotel ever. Their favourite term is we don't do that anymore, not as their hotel page describs it. It was used in 2020 for immigration guests from the government and it shows. Everything about the hotel from rooms to staff is far below 4 star.

Great little find, really reasonable price with 3 course dinner and breakfast included. Friendly staff in all areas. Had a nice pedicure in the spa. Food was delicious, can't fault much, my only niggle is that the outside smoking area was not tended to throughout the evening or even the next day, glasses and full ashtrays left from night before. But it didn't affect my stay and would definitely stay here again.
