It is in a good location. The outside of the hotel is sketchy. The rooms were clean but there was a very unpleasant smell in the hallways and inside the bedroom.

The hotel is not easy to find and parking is limited to a small lot behind the hotel, accessible only through an EXTREMELY narrow tunnel at the side of the hotel. I rented a compact car and was still nervous driving down to the back lot. I don't know what I would have done if the lot had been full. This place is fairly decent, so I do not want to disparriage it too badly, but it really is best for folks who use public transportation, cabs or car services. All told, I was satisfied as I need a place close to the airport where I could catch a few winks before having to get up extremely early for a very early morning flight. Aside from the folks in the room next to me smoking enough pot to make the 81st Airborn contact high, all went well.

This property is on a very bus street, up against the train tracks, and in a sketchy neighborhood.

There long black hairs in many places, wet floor near the air conditioner, a dirty socket left on floor from previous guest.

Very noisy with the train and a party outside the window, and an extremely loud bathroom fan every time the light was one. Limited dining and access to even coffee in the morning, though grateful for nice grocery down the block. Dirty with a strong unusual odor.

Small simple hotel. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Microwave and coffee maker down in lobby. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked. Wasn't worth the price but was fine for mostly just sleeping in the room.

I booked this hotel to be within walking distance of the Tennis center. I wasn’t looking for a luxury hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. The neighborhood is working class Hispanic and it’s right next to the 7 train. I could hear the train but it didn’t keep me awake. I wouldn’t walk home at night by myself but with my husband I felt safe.

Worst hotel and hospitality I’ve ever experienced. Reviews were already terrible but the main reason I booked it was for the parking but now I wish I woulda booked ANYTHING else. Train is right above the hotel so it’s super noisy. Room and bath were unsanitary, dirty, old, tape all over the ceiling. I honestly just got the hotel so I could change into a different outfit and be on our way. I had a couple of my friends with me it was my birthday weekend and the staff kept harassing us knocking on the door, calling the room as SOON as we got in, it was ghetto. I just needed a few minutes to change… we decided we didn’t feel safe being there so we left after a half hour. Didn’t even get a refund they denied our request for one. What a waste, not worth no 300$
