Hôtel très bien et proche des transports ce qui permet de visiter la ville facilement seulement il est entouré de garages automobiles

We had booked this hotel few weeks earlier, and had booked our flights to NY. Upon our arrival in NY they sent us an email that they have cancelled our reservation! We tried to call the hotel but no answer! They even did not reply our messages. What kind of hotel would cancel the reservation on the check in day!? It was therefore impossible for us to find another hotel in NY, as all the places were full! Avoid this hotel, they are frauds!

Me and some friends stayed at this hotel in June 2022, as it was one of the cheaper options due to its location in Queen's, away from central NYC. Despite this, it was a fantastic stay and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I would encourage anyone looking to stay outside of central NYC to book with this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Paid for 4 days for a cold room, a sad bathroom and leave the hotel after 3 days cause a mistake and should paid 100 dollars more for the last night i have already paied. No deal, just paid for a sad room.

Charged me $150 deposit without let me know And I have to pay another $190s Dollars to check in Normally deposits are less than $100 There is no Wi-Fi service available One bed night table light has no power at all Luckily other lights are still working Only 41 channels on tv I am looking on my phone all night

I really enjoyed my stay as there was many services available. The hotel is located right next to a store where my friends and I went to whenever we needed anything. Also the rooms were clean and they had good views of Manhattan and Queens. I would suggest people that are coming to NYC to go to Manhattan to stay here as they are really close to the train station. Staff was comforting when I had an issue with my bank and were able to solve it quickly.

Paid $230 for two horrible night. The room is dirty, the facilities in poor condition, and the staff (night shirt) unfriendly. I had a room on the same level as the ice machine, and my room was almost vibrating from this noise. I had to go 3 times to the reception… nothing changed. My nights were a disaster, could not sleep at all!

Staff cancelled our hotel reservation at last minute, without giving any reason to us, we were left in New York with no hotel! Worst service ever. They did not offer us any compensation or book us another hotel.
