I had booked a corner king and upon arrival there was a stain on the carpet and asked to be moved to a clean room, which they did immediately and got a better view. The experience manager Josh was very welcoming and informed me about the different types of corner Kings so that I could choose the one I preferred.
When I returned for a second stay a few days later he offered me some thoughtful amenities and the front of house staff remembered me by name which was a nice touch. Overall, great location , attentive service, rooms can do with a bit of refreshing but would definitely stay either here or at the Highline Standard again.

The hotel ambience is amazing. The front desk was incredibly helpful with great suggestions for dinner and directions. We will definitely be coming back.

Really good value hotel in the East Village. We had a 6th floor corner room which had decent views (albeit some dirty windows). Room size wasn't large (it's NYC) but adequate. Location is great, definitely a great property for the price - would definitely stay again.

I parked in the reserved hotel parking in front while checking in. When I came out 15 minutes later, I had been ticketed. If the doorman had been doing his job, this would not have happened. Instead the doorman was inside the hotel chatting with the receptionist.
When I complained to the hotel, they told me to appeal to the city. The right thing to do would have been for the hotel to take care of the ticket.

Staffs are very friendly, and room is very clean.
I wish there is a shelf in the shower room to put my own shampoo , etc.

The Standard was amazing. The view breathtaking, I was on the 20th Floor. The penthouse was absolutely above me and it had a balcony. Service was very professional and courteous. Bed very comfortable and the view from the bathroom with the lights dimmed 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel went above and beyond to make your anniversary celebration special. The quick check-in, complimentary upgrade, and attentive follow-up are all signs of excellent customer service. The personal touch of checking in on your needs and being friendly adds a warmth to the experience.
Will be returning to this hotel next time due to the great customer service. Shout out to the team that made my stay wonderful. Will show everyone pictures and recommendations
Tips: park at the hotel $40. You have to run in and get the parking tag and parking lot is only 5 mins aways by walk or driving.

Unbeatable Location for both villages and soho.
Wonderful building design - rooms have a unique view of manhattan and building is not simple.
Rooms are modern and very clean.
