Di gran lunga il più orribile, il mio check-in era il 12 marzo e la Lufthansa ha cancellato il mio volo quel giorno e l'hotel ha detto che a causa della mancata presentazione, non solo abbiamo preso i tuoi soldi, ma non ti abbiamo nemmeno dato una stanza! Io e Trip abbiamo provato a negoziare la cancellazione o ho anche chiesto al mio amico di prendere la stanza, ma è stato tutto un no! Alla fine ho perso un'enorme quantità di soldi.

Not worth the high price I have paid, not a luxury hotel at all. No amenity kits provided. Not perfectly clean either, carpets are stained and dusty, some corners are rusty/rotting. Still nice, still a place to sleep but not worth the price (same level as premier inn/holiday inn). I did get a good view from my room.

It was a nice hotel comparing with the ones in the area. the team is friendly.

The location is convenient, and the staff in the hotel is very helpful!

The front desk staff, and the bellman were especially friendly and attentive. The room was cleaned daily and left neat and spotless. Our only concern is that the towels and sheets were changed to often. We would prefer to have a more eco-friendly approach to changing the linens.

방이 생각보다 작긴했지만 혼자 지내기엔 충분했습니다. 얼음머신과 정수기가 같은 위치에 있었으면 더 좋았을거 같습니다.(각각2층과 지하1층에 위치함)

NYにしては価格と広さのバランスが良いと思う

편하고 좋았습니다, 위치도 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 부대시설은 호텔의 크기가 매우 작아 헬스장이 작게 지하에 만들어져 있는 것 말고는 특별한게 없습니다. 하지만 그랜드 센트럴 터미널과 가까웠기 때문에 여러 동선으로 움직이기에는 굉장히 만족스러운 위치였습니다.
