The service was good and fast enough and the staff were courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is just right for us. Over all we made the right choice.

Room was suitable and clean however on the small size. Staff was amazing!

Close to Penn Station so quite convenient to take the train. Though the neighbourhood doesn’t seem to be the safest, probably since it’s not too far from Times Square. Also could hear some traffic noise at night, although not too serious. Could have provided complimentary bottles of water but only a water dispenser was available. Only paper cups and no glasses in the room.

Great location for visiting New York! Walkable to list sites and to subway.

Zimmer war schon um 11:00 morgens bereit, alles sauber, super Lage, freundliches Personal, Restaurant im Hause, alles in Laufnähe, sehr nah auch an Pennstation. Sehr gute Heizung

還算乾淨，比市區寬敞很多，勝在方便。機場班車每20分鐘或30分鐘一班，具體時間諮詢前台。機場班車司機熱情，堅持幫忙拿行李，給了小費，美國小費無處不在。配置和同價位酒店差不多。

방 깨끗하고 직원분들 친절하시고 다 좋았는데 밤에 나가서 돌아다니기 무서울 정도로 홈리스가 많았고 소음이 있습니다. 그래도 Flixbus 타는 곳이랑 매우 가까워서 짐 맡기고 다니기에 좋습니다.

位置很好，周圍景點步行可以到達，去火車站也很方便。酒店乾淨舒適，房間裝飾佈置簡潔乾淨，很不錯的酒店。

In der Umgebung des Hotels waren viele Obdachlose und es war zeitweilig ziemlich vermüllt. Die Lage zum Times Sq. ist in Ordnung und das Hotel ist ordentlich ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. (Taxi zum Flughafen etc.)

위치도 좋고 다 좋으나 호텔 입구 바로 옆에 홈리스가 너무 많아서 조금 무서웠음.. ㅠㅠ

房間小，舊，勝在酒店位置夠方便

環境衞生服務都很好，性價比也不錯
