We had a room booked for first week of April. Couple of days in advance we received an email they needed to cancel our reservation, and offered to rebook us into another hotel. Very happy at first to get a good solution, but after we confirmed we agreed being relocated, Radisson became unreachable. No reply on the emails, phone number out of service, so other phone nr or emails could be found online... The proposed hotel was not aware, so suddenly we did not have any place to sleep just couple of days before our arrival in NYC. We had to book an alternative ourselves last-minute, needles to say this was of a much lower comfort and much higher rate... So we can't write any review on the rooms or hotel itself, but we are very disappointed on the customer service they have offered. Caused us a lot of extra time and money.
