這裏應該是老酒店完全翻新的。房間非常漂亮，有格調，每一件物品都很講究，衞生間偏小，淋浴水量微小，可能是老的樓改的原因。不過值得一住。晚上樓下的酒吧看上去很不錯。房間的點餐口味很贊！而且快！有個小問題，前台押信用卡時，必須要帶芯片的。

The hotel is very cool with respect to decor and dining options, and the bedding and robes are absolutely lovely. It’s the level of service that is not up to par with other hotels of comparable price. For a $1,200 per night room, there should always be a doorman or bellman outside. Guests shouldn’t have to drag their bags into the lobby by themselves from the car. Throughout our stay, the front door was unattended most of the time. Now, of course I know how to open a door all by myself, but for these prices there should be more than one person available to do this and greet guests.

Our family of four (10yo and 8yo kids) had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel over the 4th of July Holiday this summer. The location was perfect - easy walkability to NOMAD, Times Square and Rockefeller + train station a block away + plenty of food options nearby. The hotel was beautiful and the service was unmatched. From a butler showing us to and about our technology filled room, to receiving a thoughtful Milk Bar birthday cake for our daughter from the staff, we couldn't have been happier to stay at this unique boutique hotel rather than our typical Four Seasons or Ritz. Thank you to the entire team at The Fifth Avenue Hotel. Bravo, Bravo!

We returned to The Fifth Avenue Hotel again this year for our wedding anniversary. The experience was just as wonderful as it was last year. Every room is a work of art, and the beauty of the hotel is beyond compare. The Portrait Bar is absolutely gorgeous. The restaurant is a delight. Our room was perfect, and the staff were more than skilled and helpful, they were charming and welcoming. The hotel has the best staff we have ever encountered in all of our travels. When we are at the Fifth Avenue Hotel, we know we are where we are supposed to be. We would not consider coming to New York and staying anywhere else. We urge you to stay here. If you do, you will want to return, as we have and as we will continue to do.

Incredible. The atmosphere, the staff, the food, the accommodations, all a 10 out of 10. Must stay here and will return! We went with 2 other couples and went to Portrait bar three times during our stay for the food and atmosphere. Staff incredible, all amenities, superb.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! Check-in process was fast and smooth along with the extremely friendly staff. Our room with spacious and comfy. Service impeccable. Loved the convenience of the hotel driver to dinners and shopping. Great, safe location

We usually stay uptown, but booked this hotel because it was close to our friends' condo. Firstly, it is gorgeous. We stayed in a mansion suite exactly as pictured on the website. It's Uber in high style, accoutrement, and staffing excellence. We loved the room service (yummy burgers, fries), and quiet comfort. Housekeeping was excellent, the concierge (shout out to Valentina and Ben?), helped us immensely. The neighborhood is architecturally incredible, with restored buildings throughout the region, so walking around is a must. The complimentary guest passes at a nearby gym were appreciated and we used them several times. The only complaint was the signature perfume that is used throughout the hotel. They kindly refrained from using it in our room after the first day, but my husband was constantly grabbing his inhaler when we went in the public spaces. The "signature scent" is a bit of a deal breaker for us, and this saddens me because the there is so much to love about this hotel. Go if perfume is not an issue for you; You won't regret it.

The whole experience is NEXT LEVEL luxury! The rooms and bathrooms were immaculate. The staff was totally on point - professional but welcoming. I had room service every night because of work and it was delicious. The ambiance was chic and cool but in an always been there, heritage sort of vibe.
