Stayed at this hotel for the convenience it offers to shuttle to and fro the nangang exhibition hall. Room is spacious, bigger than most other Taiwan hotels of the same price. Hotel offers sauna, gym, breakfast and a in-house cafe. Staffs are helpful.

Friendly staff. Free parking for hotel guests.

Glad to spend this journey at Forte Hotel Xizhi. Service 5/5 Really love the shuttle service for exhibition center.

We had a great stay, superb!!! Though location is far from the city, still manageable thru uber or taxi :) we had a free breakfast though we do not avail it in the booking! An upgrade indeed, with free minibar and snacks were amazing ❤️

Location is a bit far off from the city center, but they have a shuttle service that brings you to the train station so you can save on Uber trips. Hotel breakfast is great. Cleanliness and hotel staff service is great. Didn't get to use the facilities as much but they didn't have the sauna available at the time we booked and they say there is a massage but during our stay, they said that there is no masseuse available. That being said, their other amenities such as the Gym were good

location is good for those who drive, and don't need to be close to city centre or subway station. So u could save money on sheltering. Everything else is great (room, staff, sauna, gym, breakfast, parking lot,etc), except they don't have AC during winter. Really cold at winter night (but Taiwan hotels, except those luxury ones, rarely have AC to warm up the room during winter).

Decent hotel for work purposes. Not recommended for leisure.

rooms are superb. ideal for business travellers atttending the convention in nankang. for tourists, it's too far from the city center. shuttle comes once every two hours. would have been more convenient if shuttle is readily available.

The room and facilities are fully equipped and perfect. The front desk staff are polite and extremely helpful with everything.

Great experience throughout! It was drizzling when we arrived but the staff still rushed out and helped us with our luggage (really didn’t have to do so) but it shows their commitment to service. They also have a huge comfortable lobby and plenty of notices on shuttle bus timings. One time login wifi was awesome, connection was hassle free and fast. Room was comfortable and spacious. Will recommend to others! Note: Take their shuttle bus to the near MRT station (Nangang), from the hotel it takes about 35min to reach XiMenDing via shuttle+Public Transport (while it’s 25min by car assuming a no-jam scenario)

Breakfast is very good with many food varieties. But sometime the breakfast room got crowded when there were tourist group joined. The room is spacious and clean. The aircon works well, but it would be great if the window could be pop-open briefly to exchange fresh air. The shuttle bus to and from the metro/railway station to hotel is timely according to its schedule. The driver of the shuttle bus is great and warm.
