Siamo rimasti soddisfatti del fascino moderno della nostra camera. Grande quantità di spazio per la mia famiglia, l'aria condizionata era centrale, non l'unità finestra. La televisione/streaming è stata una grande caratteristica! Ottima posizione nel quartiere francese dove abbiamo raggiunto tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Abbiamo usato il parcheggio direttamente dall'altra parte della strada laterale dall'hotel per $20 per 24 ore. Offrono parcheggio custodito e un'altra opzione per il parcheggio. Tuttavia, siamo arrivati prima del nostro orario di check-in e volevamo muoverci, siamo andati avanti e abbiamo parcheggiato lì. Vorrei che ci fosse un orario di check-in anticipato. Erano le 16-18.

I stayed at this hotel about 2 weeks ago just as COVID-19 restrictions were beginning to ease. I was still quite worried about cleanliness and social distancing. Fortunately, my concerns were quickly put to rest upon arriving at this hotel. The whole hotel seems to have been freshly renovated. It even has the faint smell of fresh paint & cleanser. The hotel is modest and tidy. My room seemed as if I were perhaps the first person to stay in it post-renovation. I was relived and relaxed in my room. I opted to take an Uber to the French Quarter two miles down the road. It cost me exactly $8 although there is apparently a bus right next to the hotel that would have taken me for $1.25. It's a cheap, clean, freshly renovated, no thrills sorta place which was perfect for me. I didn't spend an abundance of time in my room because I was too busy exploring the fabulous city

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the TownePlace Suites on Canal Street! All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed! Hotel was clean and well kept; rooms were spacious and beds were super comfortable! My only suggestion would be to stock up on food & snacks (in the awesome full-sized refrigerator!). Late at night there are not many places to walk to and there is no dining service in the hotel (though there is a well-appointed convenience shop in the lobby). This hotel is in easy walking distance from the theater and the French Quarter/Bourbon Street. It is also only a few blocks from the convenient trolley! Thanks again for a really lovely stay. I hope to be back soon!

L'ascensore si sentiva sempre tutta la notte. Il letto vibrava come la sala macchine era sotto. Si può dire che questa era la stanza che vendono sui siti di prenotazione a sconto perché era all'angolo dietro gli ascensori. Se si arriva a 420, si sa che si è sbalorditi.

Questo è stato un arresto quando il treno si fermò per la notte a New Orleans e doveva andare fuori di mattina. Arrivammo molto tardi, perché il treno era stato ritardato e il personale era molto utile per farci entrare. La stanza era molto comoda. Aveva un frigorifero, ma non aveva una microonde che avremmo apprezzato molto; dovevamo andare in piedi presto per prendere il treno e non potevamo fare colazione calda a causa della mancanza della microonde; ma, oltre a questo, tutto era bene. Spero di tornare quando possiamo rimanere più a lungo.
