My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely use this hotel whenever we come back to Raleigh.

When arriving at 2:50pm, i was unable to check in for 2hrs because of a internet outage. Also one day the water was shut off for a couple of hours. We werent compensated or nothing. I was aggravated with the stay.

Very nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Nice decor. High quality workout equipment. Great variety of oatmeal add ins in breakfast bar.

Checked at the front desk around 8-9pm I would hand my id’ to the front desk lady and she would hand my things to my sister and I was standing on the other end of the desk… Smh

The location is great, right off the freeway. The rooms are a tad on the small side. They don't have cups in room or at the front desk which is kind of annoying since they offer breakfast which they then have cups. The pool is outdoor only so it is closed during the winter. I'd suggest they offer like a "where to eat" recommendations list since they seem to have a lot of travelers.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I am so glad we got to stay at this particular property for my family’s one night stay in Raleigh.
