The Travelodge is basic but cheap. It provided a convenient stay whilst I was in the New Forest for work. It is on a busy noisy road so I requested a room at the back which was quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I checked in late evening and too tired to go elsewhere. The room really wasn’t clean. You could write your name in the dust and cobwebs were several days old. The skirting boards and paint were disgusting and there was black in the bathroom in many places. Should not be charging for rooms until resolved. I could not believe they are offering this . I don’t expect much just a comfortable clean bed in clean surroundings and enough heating across the room and bathroom. No frills sought. Not even basic hygiene being delivered. Also note would be an hour to walk to Lyndhurst and it’s a good 10 mins into the centre by car

Clean with polite and caring staff. It’s also perfectly situated for those visiting or passing through the New Forest.

On arrival I was welcomed by an extremely friendly receptionist who was extremely friendly and very helpful. She explained the surrounding area to me and made me feel very at home. The room itself was basic, what I would expect from a Travelodge. Bed is extremely comfortable and it was warm and cozy. The road noise was minimal in the room itself. Having access to the New forest was an unexpected bonus with some fantastic walks very close to the hotel itself.

Me and lads stay here at least once a month for work and we've never had any issues. The Rooms always clean and set up for us. The staff are always freindly and happy to chat. The managers a diamond lass----thats genuine, she didnt pay us to say it. Never had a problem parking our van. Dont bother with the takeaway breakie its garbage, theres a maccies at the next services.

Michelle was great, and really helpful when deciding weather to rebook for next trip,thanks you were a great help ,hotel it's self tidy and respectable,we traveled with our two small dogs and was made to feel welcome by reception staff, double glazing on road facing rooms was brilliant,and didn't hear road at all really,if the hotel did food it would be amazing,but garage next door provided what we needed,

Super friendly staff, spotlessly clean rooms, amazing location for the New Forest. Another great state at this wonderful hotel, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Lovely to see that people could bring their pets along with them too, and enjoy the scenery around the area. If you are ever looking for a place to stay in the New forest, I would recommend this Travelodge.

This is a fabulous TL. Clean and fairly quiet. With the best staff! They also helped me with my luggage and I was so very grateful.
