Really nice stay .staff was friendly and receptionist Rohan was so professional.will visit again in future.recomend to everyone .room service is also available 24hours and food was really nice.near to airport.room service was also on time.

This is a good hotel with elevator access and food service on site. Small led tv, hot water in private bathroom, small led tv and comfortable beds. Bathroom fixtures could be better but functional. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food service is reasonable and prompt. They also pay attention to the request and good hygiene in the kitchen. Food is tasty and healthy. Front desk staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Devas and other staff are very friendly and make sure that you are comfortable. Would recommend it to anyone staying overnight or few days near New Delhi airport.

The rooms are good and embiance is also too good .. specially the staff is too good .. …….I wish them to grow more , and we visit soon.. the food and quality of the rooms good about there budget………………… thank you .. best wishes for me………………………..,.

Beware of this dubious place and dishonest staff! Absolutely horrible experience. Had to book rooms for an event, the manager offered rooms at Rs 3500 per night for two guests and took Rs 50k as advance payment while online the clear prices after taxes are Rs 2172 per night for two guests with free cancellation and no prepayment needed as well. When we discussed about this with the staff, they completely refused that it’s not possible despite clear evidence showing the contrary. On inspecting the rooms, they were nothing like shown in the pictures - all rooms were substandard quality, dirty, unkempt with paint chipping off the walls, smelly linens, paint patches on curtains, as well as cockroaches on floors and walls! We were shocked to see the state of the rooms and the harassing behavior on the staff’s end. On showing all of this to the staff, they still refused to refund the payment and cancel our rooms. This is extremely disappointing and shocking experience creating total distrust in the staff at this disgusting place. Please beware of such malicious and shady hotels. I have escalated this incident to the ministry as well so strict action is taken at the earliest against such unhygienic, treacherous, and inhospitable companies. I would give them negative stars if possible.

Filthy everywhere Dusty inside my bed Mattress was thin and cheap Not comfortable sleep Area feels funky Had to wear cloths when sleeping Bin was not empty prior to check in Not recommend avoid at all costs Scammed by taxi driver at the airport

The hotel is very good.. the staff.. super.. help.. the rooms are clean.. there is hot water.. the carpet is clean.. the bed too.. The guys are very responsive.. it smells divine ...the hotel is beautiful near to airport Delhi Thanks service in hotel

Reading other reviews I have to wonder if I stayed at same place... or whether some of the others are genuine !!! Hotel was incredibly noisy with aircraft passing directly overhead every few minutes Hotel charged equivalent of £50 at check in ( overpriced) and then charged tax at check out.... which was inflated Room was basic but ok but balcony was covered in bird poop Chicken in curry was inedible... unable to cut with knife... or chew. Appears to be a scam operating where taxi drivers at the airport bring travellers here and are then charged inflated prices.. with drivers receiving a 'cut' AVOID

There is a lot of noise due to planes, the hotel is expensive for what it is and there is additional charges that come from nowhere. The bed are not so cunfortable. Hopefully the food is quite correct.
