Good Keep up the Roseate Spirit

環境乾淨，很好的藝術酒店，非常推薦！早餐很豐富，衞生。房間隔音效果很不錯，睡眠舒適。下次還會繼續選擇！

Great location that is near the airport. Great food option nearby too. The room was spacious but design lacked thought. Gym was shabby and the pool was closed for renovation too. Service was a bit of hit and miss and standards vary across various departments. The departments don’t seem to communicate efficiently with one another. But kudos to the housekeeping team for taking good care of the hotel and their guests!

Everything is good, but the building view is not the city view.

翌朝のフライトに備えて、治安が良く空港から近いエアロシティの中で一番価格が安かった(と言っても2万円超えですが、、)こちらに泊まりました。 部屋は広く綺麗で、アメニティがKAMAだったのが嬉しかったです。広めのバスタブ付きだった点も良かったです。 しかし、フロントスタッフは上から目線で感じが悪かったです。2人で滞在するのに、ルームキーを1枚しか渡されず、部屋から電話でもう1枚ルームキーが欲しいと依頼したら、電話を切られました。 チェックイン時、デポジットとしてクレジットカードからINR5000支払い、チェックアウト時に、返金した、と言われましたが、1週間経っても返金されず、メールで問い合わせたら、お詫びの言葉もなく24時間以内に返金確認できるはずだと返信が来ました。こちらから督促しなければ返金しないつもりだったのでしょうか？2度と泊まりたくないです。

My 7th stay at Roseate House in Delhi once again affirmed my fondness for this property. Despite the rooms being a bit small, the overall atmosphere of the hotel remains exceptionally welcoming, exuding a nice vibe that is notably ***aged by a youthful and dynamic team. The breakfast continues to be a highlight, offering a delightful start to the day with its quality and variety. However, after staying here over the last four years, I've noticed a lack of significant changes or updates to the rooms. To maintain its appeal and comfort, it's time for the hotel to consider some renovation work in the rooms, ensuring that the physical environment matches the high standards of service and hospitality that keep me coming back.

The stay was excellent. I requested for a room on the higher floor which was promptly delivered at the time of check-in. Sajal at the front office was swift. The room was just as expected. Love their hospitality!!

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to major attractions and the airport. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable.
