Struttura eccellente e personale gentilissimo. Mi hanno offerto il trasporto da e per l‘aereoporto perché donna sola. Assolutamente da tornarci!

Camere bellissime. Il servizio è stato fantastico. Personale così ben educato. Il loro ristorante Kheer serve cibo straordinario. Il Dal Makhani era troppo buono. La colazione a buffet era vasta e davvero buona. Vivrei per tornarci.

Ho già visitato e prenotato una camera standard, invece l'hotel mi ha fornito una camera club che era molto piccola e per nulla buona

Le stanze sono troppo buie. E i bagni non sono puliti, vedo che la doccia da cui proviene l'acqua ha dei funghi e anche il rubinetto per lavare il viso ha dei funghi sul retro.

Siamo stati a Roseate Aerocity anche qualche mese prima, e ogni volta il soggiorno era troppo confortevole, il che ci ha fatto scegliere di nuovo Roseate House, tuttavia un giorno abbiamo dovuto affrontare grossi inconvenienti perché la camera non era pronta e non abbiamo potuto effettuare il check-in fino a quando Erano le 22:00 e la mattina c'erano dei lavori in corso all'esterno dell'hotel che producevano forti rumori e non riuscivamo a dormire sonni tranquilli lamentandoci dello stesso con il direttore e il team, con mio grande shock il direttore e il resto del team erano estremamente generosi e cortesi nel gestire la situazione, hanno capito la situazione senza discutere e senza fornire alcuna motivazione e si sono assicurati che avessimo il soggiorno più confortevole la prossima volta quando verremo (cosa che abbiamo fatto) devo dire che ho soggiornato in così tanti hotel tutti in tutto il mondo ma quando si tratta di Delhi, Aerocity Roseate House rimane la mia preferita…. Grazie per la meravigliosa ospitalità… ti sei guadagnato un cliente fedele ❤️

I stayed there for 31st night with my two kids and parents - excited to ring in the new year! But everything went south! Well not sure it should be a five star property Check-in : they couldn’t find my bookings of two rooms even when I had already emailed them the details and we were communicating from a week Prior. Room: extra bed provided (on charge) was hard plywood folding type, the mattress provided with that was as hard as a rock. We couldn’t sleep obviously- imagine this being 1st of Jan - first day of new year Service: the overall hospitality was amiss. At 2 am the bed would only be provided if i pay first!! The duty manager will not be available to speak or address the issues! At time of check-out no mention of all the hassles of previous night and they charged twice the price for that horrendous bed!! Please help yourself - book somewhere else.

Service was sub par for a hotel of this price, wish there was more recognition when we first enter the compound. The facilities and ambience of the hotel was good neither the less.

Hotel location and food is good but the hotel amenities are bad to the price they charged. Room mattress was uncomfortable and sagging spring. Not much gym amenities.

I’ve stayed at Roseate House New Delhi many times, perhaps 11-12 visits by now, and it never disappoints. The hotel has a fresh, youthful energy, thanks to its young and attentive staff who keep everything running smoothly. The breakfast is consistently excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. It’s always a pleasure returning here, and I look forward to my next stay!

Great hotel, lovely staff, SPA was especially great. Spa manager was Devika- she provided outstanding service and professionalism.
