Good location, excellent service and generally good value

Clean, friendly staff and decent breakfast.

Excellent location for tourist attractions and dining. Very close to walk to the Connaught place roundabout where there are a wide variety of western and Indian restaurants. Lovely service from staff and the rooms are really well kept.

Such a wonderful stay I had at Bloom Boutique hotel in New Delhi! The stuff is incredibly helpful , the place is clean and beautiful ! Highly recommend 👍🏼

Una buona soluzione se volete godervi Delhi senza farvi risucchiare dal suo caos! Della catena Bloom, posizione ottima a Connaught Place. Stanza super pulita, carini gli snack ed acqua complimentary. Peccato che la camera fosse al primo piano quasi senza finestra, perche le altre devono essere state molto carine! Sicuramente potrei sceglierlo di nuovo soggiornando in India.

Very helpful and courteous service from all the staff. Room is a bit stuffy as you can't open the windows. Breakfast options are limited. Nice that there is water available on each floor. Room service food was quick and good. Bathroom is a bit small and dated.

Visiting New Delhi is a great experience, and this hotel is a good choice. It’s clean, though the standards are different from Europe. The breakfast is fine, mostly Indian dishes with a few international options. I would recommend this hotel to friends visiting New Delhi. The area is safe and convenient for exploring the city.

The hotel is good and quite clean. The staff are kind and always available when needed. The breakfast is enjoyable, offering a wide variety of options (indian and international). Abhishek, the waiter at the bar, was particularly friendly and attentive during every breakfast.

The hotel and the room is clean. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. Staff are accomodating especially on request of service. I like the idea of a complimentary drinks and chips in the reception. They have the best customer service! Definitely will be staying again if I go back to Ne Delhi.

A nice hotel located close to the Connaught area. Rooms were of a good size, though bathrooms a little dated. The air con though good, a little noisy. Delhi in general is noisy, we used ear plugs as the beeping and dogs are a fairly constant background! Staff and security all very friendly, check in was slow as so much information required. Plenty of water and Schweppes cans available complimentary, that was nice. We deliberately tried not to book a westernised chain, and this was a good alternative. Around 25 mins in good traffic from Delhi airport.

Good location for where we wanted to visit , very comfortable bedding, clean room , large tv. Nice you can leave your car until 12pm the day of checkout .staff is very helpful & polite I will mention name Vikash Sharma .....breakfast is very good

I stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and had an amazing experience. The staffs were very helpful and friendly including the person booking the room Ms. Garima,at travel desk Mr. Aamir, at reception Mr. Deepanshu and others. And of course the guard Mr. Singh who was so very helpful. I was traveling solo so was a bit apprehensive but the hotel gave me a very homely and secure feeling. The things that could improve a little may be to be able to open the window and see outside, room lock working properly, fresh smell of air freshener in the room and more coordination between travel desk and reception. However, there's really not much to complain. I would definitely like to stay at Bloom boutique if I ever return to New Delhi. It's value for money 😊
